I am an extreme beginner to these forums, as in started today, but have a basic knowledge of the blood type diet as have know about it for years - not always following it, however.

One year ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease so I have been totally gluten free for this amount of time. I'm getting serious about my health, and want to get some type O D'adamo supplements in order to improve my general health and get the nutrients needed for a healthy pregnancy. I am not currently pregnant, but would like to be soon and want to prepare my body for it.

I am wondering if anybody knows which D'adamo supplements are completely safe for those with CD. For example, I cannot have Harmonia because it contains Barley. Is there hidden gluten in any of the other supplements?

contact customer service before you make assumptions

they ll explain to you if those supplements you mention contain
the offending lectin, if these are 100% sprouted

thanks!

may I suggest you get the baby book to follow during, before and after your pregnancy

I would consider spending several months to a year on the right diet for you, before having a child. Also I would consider asking my partner to do the same. The healthier both of you are, the better your epigenetic expression will be, and the better odds for conception, gestation, and birth you will have!

The ER4YBaby book explains some of the reasons for that.

Think of it as the smallest price to pay for a healthy child, that you can pay. It won't hurt you, or your partner. You don't have to decide to stick to it forever. But you can give your future child the best chances possible for being disease free and thriving.

Almost all the supplements are gluten free. But as Lola said, give NAP a call before making an order. No need to spend time on the toilet you don't have too. (Besides sprouted Barley may not contain gluten, best to ask)

Sound advice above. get the baby book, get your partner to follow BTD too and contact NAp about Supplements.

I think avoiding corn will help you a lot too, not just avoiding gluten - follow the diet completely I am still amazed at how fantastic it is, but don't just pick the bits that suit you follow the lifestyle. (most of teh time)

Children will change you life for the better too - good luck!

Is she asking about celiac and not WGA?  I agree that you should call NAP and ask them.
Good luck!
