I just received my supplements. Got the type O pack of 4 plus catechol. The instructions say to take some of them up to 3 times daily. I'm wondering if I could take just one daily and still get the benefits. I'm trying to budget them. I need them for now since I'm not getting enough nutrition yet but I can't afford to buy them very often. |

You'll probably get more benefit by taking the supplements in smaller doses than you would by taking them "as directed" and then doing without them entirely for a couple of months.
You might not get the maximum healing power the supplements can offer, but this would be the way to maximise the healing power per dollar.
For supplements that suggest taking 2 capsules, twice a day, I'd reccomend taking 1 capsule twice a day rather than 2 capsules once a day. |

I don't agree... I would think you would benefit more by healing, and then not needing them (especially since you are young). They are always beneficial but your food really should do everything you need once you have healed a lot. |

Rachel, Some people do best starting all medicines and supplements in small doses to see how their body responds. Testing new things out can be a good way to start. good luck, Lin |

Gastrointestinal distress is normal it seems. It is all good though, ultimately, just not when you start to experience it (for some). However that being said after a few days of lower doses, moving up is still would I would do to maximize healing to become non-supplement dependent. I personally hardly even notice the affects of taking supplements. |

I decided to take 2 of each daily (except the deflect which I've only taken when eating avoids. Works beautifully I might add.) I like to take them spread throughout the day. Polyvite and Phytocal 1 each with breakfast. Then 1 Catechol and Polyflora 2-3 hours later after I can tell my stomach has digested my food. Do this again after Supper. I have to say WOW. I'm DETOXING! I'm feeling better. I'm actually having to urinate more often. Even getting up from sleeping to go. I suppose this is normal? |
