Thinking about getting the supplements package. Just wanted to get some feedback first. How does everyone on here feel about them? They seem to rate high, just want opinions. Is there a noticeable helpful affect after taking them? |

I think they are great.
But I would not take any supplement unless there was a specific health concern I was trying to address.
Normally I try to take the money I would have spent on supplements and buy higher quality food. (Rather pay for organic food than a supplement to detox conventional food, for example)
I also would wait to get supplements until after I confirmed the blood type. |

I'm kind of hoping I will be O so I can buy the pack and use it for the whole household I live with. The two men eat whatever they please and hurt from it so maybe it'll do them some good. |

read the ingredients.... all are nutriceuticals......let food be your med, right?
if you are not sure which you wish to take, find out what you wish to fix, then look up the online support protocols and choose one, for a time period etc or read all drop down menus available in the store, explaining, with supplement facts included |

So after I am more compliant I can stop taking them? I think the deflect sounds genius. I'm always being invited to restaurants for birthdays and feeling bad by something I ate. |

I am fairly compliant, but I still take supplements to deal with health issues (anemia, arsenic poisoning, numbness, tingling, soreness, shooting pains, cramps, some issues related to my family history) |

I don't do a "package". I have gotten individual supplements for specific needs and taken them as I need them... I've never had any issue with any of the supplements but I have gotten much benefit from them. |

I started with the basic pack for A blood...Polyvite, polyflora, phytocal, deflect. I wanted help with sinus issues so next tried collinsonia and quercetin. After reading more about my blood type I got cortiguard (stress) and helix (anti-cancer). I have the A-type Protein powder and Harmonia mixed with yogurt and fruit in a breakfast smoothie a couple of times a week , take the basic pack daily, but only take the others when needed. I tried the Genoma derma and liked the results so I may try it again. |

When I started on the BTD, I replaced my multi-vitamin, mineral and probiotic with NAP products. These will always be a mainstay for me.
I also depend on are catechol (helps regulate adrenaline).
I have tried others to help with issues along the way but those stated above I take consistently and have also added Trehalose recently.
If I am going to take supps, I am thankful to have the opportunity to know what works best for me, genetically speaking.

I agree with others about the supplements. In addition, you don't have to worry about a list of additives that so many companies throw into theirs. Things that should have nothing whatsoever to do with what the product is supposed to be used for, and you can't help but wonder what other industries they are trying to support! I had been using a company for years and had to quit using two of their products because they changed the formula, and I was unable to tolerate the additive. They are changing one of them and maybe the other because of my complaints. They refunded my money and didn't want the product sent back. |
