Magnesium seasalt foot bath as I feel I need it (sometimes Intrinsa). I think I was severely deficient and got topped up. I wasn't absorbing minerals in the gut. Need to go have my green smoothie now (got away from these for a long time)... |

I have been using it since 09'. I went to an acupuncturist due to anger problems, and he said i had some liver congestion. He prescribed daily supplementation with magnesium, and i find it very helpful.
I used to have muscle twitching and anxiety, and it went away. Also helps with a lot of functions in the body.
I use magnesium caps, and they contain 100 percent daily value per cap. |

Nee nee. Ik ben ook een Nederlander.  Leiden. Ik woon nu in de VS maar ik kom waarschijnlijk terug naar Nederland binnekort.
