Does anyone know if L-glutamine is known to have a positive effect on blood pressure for B blood types...or at all, for that matter? Or possibly enhances BP medication? I ask because I started taking it last week and noticed soon after taking it I became lethargic on the commute home from work (the opposite reaction I expected). When it happened again the next day I decided to check my blood pressure and it was WAY low. I was just wondering if the L-glutamine could be a factor. |

OMG. Lola to the rescue. Thank you. Anybody need a fresh new bottle of L-glutamine? Now - bromalain, to help with blood pressure? I was trying to get the brain help and the ENERGY by taking the L-g..which is for "O's". Being a B I find I love to exercise but hit these dips in energy I'm trying to maintain. Will bromalain help with that? Do you have a link on bromalain for me? |

Desiree, get the Encyclopedia to keep from making the same mistake. Its a good read - lots of background on pathologies. I am thinking of chaining my copy to my desk .... |
