B6 and B12 have been mentioned. but eating the right food, cutting down sugar and increasing good oils would be good anyway. less wheat, less corn, less glutamate, Aspartame etc would have large effect too.
but also sunlight etc, generally more healthy.
Although on a tiny scale, I have had success just using Dr D's multivitamin, and multi minerals. and other supps from the Good Dr D. together with eating right for your type and careful attention to chemical and allergens too. balance is important.
having found out that full swami has additional setting i would get a practicianer to run a full swami for you , paying close attention to glutamate in addition to the other things.
