Do you think he's laughing at us, trying to deduce the hidden meaning(s) in every word he utters?

He's a very compassionate man and wants the world to be healthy.  I've never known him to laugh at people who struggle to understand.

I will have to buy regular Trehalose.. I need to find out if it has beneficial anything like energy, or happiness, or getting up to work or go to sleep soundly.. or cut cravings..

OR is 'that' all in Dr D's addition of Ribose???

Ribose is a very important part of the Trehalose complex.  Here are a couple of articles - quick reading:

The Post 919 , 920, 926, might turn out to be the most informative posts on here on PLAIN Trehalose  and on the D-Ribose contained in Trehalose Complex from Dr D.. !!!!!! THANKS for the links!!!!!!!

I love the 'connection to the heart ENERGY before and after on 'episode' of oxygen deprivation..   TC is going to be saving my Heart Health, before, during and after.. !   I have low oxygen conversion on a regular basis, when I do a reading it can go as low as 87 more often 89 or 91.. pulse is always high..

They talk of 'strong' pulse, I do not have that but some of the clients I have haver very strong (not rapid-) pulse.. NOW I am wondering if that is on indication of something???  I will read all the links more deliberately and find out more.

THANKS all who keep coming back to report, support, and research..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I have something to report about Trehalose Complex that is amazing - again! I put a pound of almond meal/flour in my freezer back in the spring and forgot about it. The thing I remembered when I found it is that I had put a half teaspoon of TC in it and stirred it well before freezing it. I couldn't wait to taste it to see if it had that same old tastelessness that is the bane of any ground nuts that have been frozen for several months, like ten this time - let alone ground to the consistency of flour. I must say I've thrown out a lot of flours of all kinds because of that same old taste. Well, this lovely almond meal/flour had not lost the slightest bit of its wonderful taste, and it smells exactly like the fresh bag I just bought that is delicious!! From now on TC will go into any and all flours whatever they are made from, and I can stop throwing this stuff out!

So, the next thing I'm going to try this on is the dreaded AMARANTH!!! I have some seed that I am going to mill, add TC and freeze for about a month (everyone knows that amaranth smells and tastes awful to the nth by that time!!) So I will report again after this experiment!

Must try that with my flours. Amaranth scent....it smells like mould and because of this, I have decided to grind it on a need basis. Every time I opened the container I felt like throwing out because of the 'fragrance'.

Goldie, do you have any Bach products? I think some of them would help you. Try Olive for energy, among other things. It works great with TC! I love Bach products!
I'm too all for it. I take Walnut & Mimulus and it works wonders for me. Really unbelievable. Something my mind can't grasp. It just helps immediately, a magic remedy.

I agree about the Bach remedies, Yaeli and Spring.  They have transformed my life and have been as important to me as eating right for my type (which is right up at the top of the most important things in my life)!

One by one, all my emotional imbalances have been corrected and while right eating and exercising have been doing the same thing for my physical health (and also influencing my mental and emotional well-being) nothing has ever come close to this permanent kind of transformation.  And I've been a meditator nearly all my adult life too.

Victoria, it would be great to understand more about how they work, wouldn't it? Going all the way back to when they were doing their thing in the sun! What do they soak up or formulate, etc. There is no doubt that Dr. Bach was inspired to go in the right direction to discover such a treasure that could be passed down from generation to generation. I'm glad he followed his passion to do all that work!

I'll chime in here about Bach products.  I've used at least ten of them at different times (not all at once of course) and they have helped tremendously.  When I was struggling with my last job (that was "uber boring" I was taking three different Bach Flower remedies throughout the day.  At night they were a godsend.

Today I was lucky.  All of you northerners in the cold don't hold it against me because I, too, am from a cold winter region - New York.   I have certainly experienced what the ambiance of winter weather is like.

Everyone loves the first snowfall.  It really is magical and brings back great memories.

Living in the tropics at this time of year is why people head towards Florida.  No doubt about it.
We have to balance out this great "spring time weather" with hot summers and forecasts of impending hurricanes.

Yet, I will say again I was aware and took advantage of the opportunity.  I'm in the process of leasing a car and that is very intense.  The weather was a little overcast and just under 80 degrees at 3:30PM.  I was at the health food store and had a choice of going to another dealership and getting a quote (which one equates with trying to understand your telephone bill) and going to walk on the beach.

I made an executive decision, as they say, and hurried home, changed clothes and headed for the beach.  I tried this on Sunday evening and was met with a full parking lot and traffic moving towards the beach as I was driving away.

The walk this evening was idyllic.  No problem parking.  The air was cool yet the sun reflected on the water like diamonds.  I was heading for a l/2 walk but wound up three minutes under an hour.

I knew I had a pleasant time although I'm not quite sure I equalled the satisfied state of the seagulls that I observed.  As I was walking I noticed quite a few seagulls with a catch in their mouths.  I never noticed that before.  It was an "all you can eat buffet" for those seagulls who all looked quite healthy.

No matter how thoroughly you try to get the sand brushed off it will be there somehow.  But, it was very well worth it.

A spontaneous decision turned into a wonderful, relaxing walk.

Very well said!  We utilize these as needed as well.  We keep about 10 of them on hand for use "as needed".  It really helps when you hit a rough spot.

An update: about 2 weeks ago I reached the recommended Trehalose Complex morning dose, 1 level teaspoon (I still take it only once daily). This took me a whole year. I began with half a teaspoon, later gradually added another quarter, until I recently dared to start taking the whole tsp. I am experiencing/witnessing significant small improvements in getting organized. Keeping simple basic order in daily minute chores is no more a problem to me - a tremendous relief. Daily chores flow and new small practical ideas keep popping in.

In short: Life feels sweeter than ever before.

Good for you.. and thanks for reminding us..

What is the item you think is the reason for your improvements? The T as a sugar, or the D-Ribose?  Why is it taking you so long to take a single spoonful?  what was happening before?

I still take a spoon full a year and a half later, not exactly every day but often enough.  I feel good and take that for granted now.. I did not always feel that way.. yes a nice change with TC.. I take it as a spoonful dry and wash it down..

I might try to focus more on taking it again twice a day to improve my speed by which I retain or recall things.  My recall has diminished - not that others could tell, but I can. Not alarming yet, but TC will not do harm, by cleaning up the trash (or deadspots) in my brain and body.

Search me, Goldie. I have no idea. I just rely on Dr. D and take it daily.

Quoted from Goldie

Yes it took me very long to reach - not a spoonful!!!! - a level teaspoonful. In the beginning I could take no more than half a teaspoon. When I tried to take more, I felt funny, as if I "took something", i.e., some drug. I was half dizzy half beside myself. It was unpleasant and a bit scary, and I wasn't ready to function like that. So I reduced the dose, until few months ago I gradually added another quarter of a teaspoon, etc.

Quoted from Goldie

I take it melted (stirred, actually) in a glass of warm lemon water (squeezed half a lemon), first thing in the morning.

Thanks Yaeli, and thanks for reminding me to take it with citrus ... I forgot, maybe I can make a big bottle of water add a little grapefruit juice and the TC - thus it would make the water feel as if flavored and sweetened?  I might get more water while getting the TC which would be good for me, to clear out gunk with 'water'.

The directions say: "Stir Trehalose powder into water with a squeeze of lemon or mix Trehalose with a beneficial juice. Mixing in a spoonful of ARA 6 - Pure Larch Powder will increase its effectiveness. Dr. D'Adamo recommends taking Trehalose an hour away from green tea, coffee, curcumin or quercetin." I wouldn't want to experiment beyond this.

This is very similar to the reaction I had when starting D-Ribose by itself.  My practitioner said that it was due to the cells previously lacking energy.  D-Ribose is a precursor to the energy needed by cells to function properly.  As such, if your body hasn't been getting/making enough, the cells may have stored waste that once energized, they dump into the bloodstream, overloading the filtering/elimination systems, etc...  As such, you have a sick/sluggish feeling possibly along with headaches from the toxicity...  Ramping up slowly, as you and I did, is the best way to overcome this condition.

I'm glad to see this thread still rolling.  I woke up this morning thinking about how either Trehalose or the Genoma skin care products (or a combo of both) are doing some very good things for the skin on my face.

I am pretty fair skinned, with freckles, and I have had a lot of skin damage from sunburns throughout my life.  Also a run of chemotherapy 12 years ago didn't help.  I have had a number of little lesions, spots, raised areas, some pre-cancerous have been frozen off.  I've been using both those products I mentioned ever since they came out and first of all, several larger brown spots have grown noticeably lighter.  More exciting to me is that nearly all of the troublesome odds and ends on my skin have dried up and peeled off.  The health of my facial skin is 90% better than it was a year and a half ago.

True, but keep in mind that I follow my SWAMI program at the highest level of compliance, eating 90% of my food from the Superfood and Diamond categories and NO Toxins or Black Dots.  (no sugar or icecream )

And I eat an absolute rainbow of colored fruits and vegetables.

Its the TC that is the addition that I am not surprised about.  It changed my depressions, that I am certain of. -- in fact it did not come back since the first few days of taking TC when It first came out about 18 month ago...

I have great skin and never need anything.. unless I go against BTD suggestions.. like I tried coconut oil -- my skin dried out.. no good.

Maybe I ought to add the ARA-6 to give me the greatest support against future Altzheimers.. (Diabetics are 50% prone to it.) I think my memory is getting very poor.

What does ARA 6 do?

http://www.dadamo.com/B2blogs/.....?blog=26

I forgot how to look up Nap supps for me..     help.. is ARA-6 good for O nonnies?

I also forgot how to look up results from the Encyclopedia?/   was there not a link some place?

Is the online encyclopedia updated to also show new items created for NAP?

I will ask those questions in a new thread

I started taking TC yesterday but didn't mix it with the ARA 6....This morning I did after spending a long time last night reading every post on this TC thread.  Very interesting results.

I would like to understand the purpose of taking TC with ARA 6.  I took 1/2 tsp of each today. Is that
a good place to start?

Is this a once a day thing?
