Spring I'll certainly reinforce your comments about the combination of TC and ARA6. I have been having them in Almond Milk in the morning.
This morning, though, I felt as if I was downing so many liquid supplements and pills and a new smoothie combo that it was too much. My stomach rebelled. So I will eat lightly the rest of the day.Joy
Thanks, Joy! I can't tolerate grapefruit or lemon for now, so I take TC right off a spoon, and took the ARA 6 and TC the same way before lunch today. Followed with a little water. No doubt, the juice would make it work better, but I simply can't tolerate it. About b'fast. At present, I have milled chia, milled flax, and hemp seed (total - 1/2 cup) on raspberries with a little lecithin and rice milk. I have my AM supplements with a little applesauce to get them down. That is about all I can stand at one time in the morning! So I can certainly understand your dilemma!! |

Nearly 5 months on Trehalose Complex. This is a very exciting experience in my life. I still won't take more than 1/2 a teaspoon in the morning, or I would feel bizzare. I can testify that a major gear has been added to my life: I panic less. Can use my brain more freely. Therefore I am more calm about eating and preparing my food, and enjoy it more. Smaller quantities satisfy me. This is very good for losing the extra 2.5 kgs I carry. Don't get me wrong, I still eat large portions. For example, Swami instructs me the daily portion of nut butter to be 2 tablespoons. Sometimes I easily take 3 or 4, or even 5 tabkespoons a day - not all of them at once. But I relate to quantities more obectively - I feel they do not enslave me anymore. I regard them more as partners: "Me Gatherer You Quantities". |

Well, I just am not experiencing any of the WOW factor of TC or of ARA6 and TC combined. I've been taking them both for three weeks and haven't noticed any difference... |

I am feeling totally wonderful compared to this time last year! I have lost MORE weight in the last week or so and don't have time to go into all the other benefits I'm getting from taking TC and ARA6! Drea, I'm sorry you haven't gotten the WOW factor. ARA Plus shouldn't be taken with it. ARA6 is TC's friend! Remember - NO quercetin within 30-45 minutes of taking TC! No green tea, either, within that time frame. We're all different so it may take longer or even a shorter time frame for you, but it didn't take me long to figure out what worked best for me. I take both first thing in the morning straight from a spoon and then drink some water. I take it a while before lunch the same way. I would add lemon to my water if I could tolerate it. Maybe someday I will be able to, but I can't now. There is no telling how many people I have gotten started taking these two, and they ALL were very excited about their immediate results! Maybe you're already in such good shape that it will take longer for you to notice a change. That would be my guess anyway. Another perk I'm enjoying is getting into more of my clothes!! |

Hmmm. Now that you mention it, I have lost some weight in the last three weeks. I didn't make the connection! |

The most striking benefit that I have gotten is my 6-year long chronic fatigue is so much improved, I tend to forget that it was a part of my life for so long.
Another thing is the return of my memory and improvement of mental clarity. I am remembering people's names for the first time in 20 years. This is a biggie!
I take 1 tsp Trehalose Complex every morning with 1/4 tsp. ARA6 (I put more ARA6 into my smoothie 1/2 hour later) and a dash (1 Tb or so) of pineapple juice, mixed into about 4 oz of water. All on an empty stomach. |

It always take some time for Taurus and Capricorn, and it pays. Good results will certainly follow, I am positive. |

This was the effect I was expecting to see (mental clarity), so I completely missed the weight-loss effect! I've been taking 1 tsp of TC with 1 tsp of ARA 6 in lemon/sea salt water each morning for three weeks. I skipped Sat-Mon, just because I was tired of taking all my supps, but will jump back on the wagon! Thanks for pointing it all out to me. |

I'm on my third container now. I definitely feel consistently better and more like myself when I'm taking it.

Who did you feel like before TC? Per this discussion, I'm back to taking my dosage...I'll finish the jar and go from there. Last night I was craving something sweet (but not as sweet as agave and don't have anything else) to put on my peanut butter on rye bread, so added a tsp of TC on top of the pb, and it hit the sweet spot perfectly!! More weight lost. So, if it's the TC that's helping, I'm thrilled. |

Who did you feel like before TC?
In my younger body, I was full of vitality, slim and had a very sharp mind. After decades of wrong eating, birthing a couple of babies and going through a major illness 13 years ago, I felt like I was running on empty. Fatigue was more familiar than energy. And I felt like my brain was in a fog. I couldn't remember names of people that I even saw regularly. My creativity was at a low ebb. All this was even while my physical health has been improving steadily and successfully. My weight has returned to what I consider my ideal, and most physical complaints are a thing of the past. That fatigue and brain fog were persistent. Trehalose is the first thing that has just blown them right out. |

Victoria,
Your testimony would be in the top five for Trehalose. A journey of the utmost. And there it is - Trehalose, created by Dr. D years ago and benefiting all of us who heed the call.
I continue to take Trehalose with ARA6 every day. I'm taking other supplements and still dealing with a skin condition mostly on my left calf. Sometimes it's a challenge to identify what is helping.
Perhaps the Trehalose has gives me that "search" motivation because I'm making alot of progress in dealing with the situation.
Right now a "focused mind" is one of the greatest gifts to possess.

UPDATE: I was so hoping that I am able to report that my headaches are gone.. but so far all I can do is make them go away without pills within one hour of onset with all things I am trying.. any form of Magnesium and whatever else I have tried.. to no avail..... I still get them again and again.. Today is a day/night of it in which I got 4 different headaches spread over the last 24 hours .. But still I credit Trehalose Complex for at least allowing me to 'separate' the headache from its cause.. the muscle tension in my neck - as I would say for no darn reason - but clearly tense for whatever!!.. so my search goes on.. I guess it could be worse.. the movies this night where fab.. |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

hundreds of time!!
MY headaches are from stress muscle contracting of blood vessels / compressing my neck functions.. ;; and then not CONVERTING bloood into downward Lymph fluid fast enough..
I am so sensitive to stress..
I got up at 8 am today and was fine after finally sleeping for 3 hours...
then I called a fried to ask him to help with something and he is willing by Saturday or Sunday.. all is well but..... I could feel tension rising in my NECK within seconds of not GETTING 100% of what I wanted.. HOW AWFUL stupid is that! It is nothing.. but my body REACTS!!!!!!
SO NOW a few minutes after I can feel all my upper back muscles contracting for telling of getting ready to cause me another headache.. I am going to use the Magnesium Gel and take 2 Ligaplex ll with Manganese!!! this will be helpful.. but IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOO aggravating.. I feel so powerless over MY OWN BODY..
The only good thing is that I finally figure this out!!!!!! it is not a brain tumor! IT is my nerve fibers!!!
Thanks for the response..

Goldie, do you take (or have you tried) Rhodiola & Ashwagandha? I am too very very sensitive to stress. A supp I (only) sometimes take is Clary Sage Oil capsules. When I take them with supper, my sleep is ten fold relaxed. So in my experience it works as anti stress. It is very expensive, but I think it pays. |

My new favorite way to have a late night snack...if I need one at all...is to have a slice of rye bread with peanut butter sprinkled with a teaspoon of TC. |

Goldie, I can't remember whether you have mentioned it or not but have you tried some of the Bach Remedies? I find Aspen to be wonderful for tension if I put about 8-16 drops in an 8-16 ounce bottle of water and drink it during the day. The last month has been very hectic for me, and Aspen along with TC/ARA6 has been a lifesaver! My energy has been incredible!! I do better with Aspen than I do with the Stress Remedy or Larch (which seems a little strong for me right now.) It is unbelievable how much better I am handling stessful situations!!! |

Drea, I'm glad you have realized some benefit from TC after all! You probably have had others if you had time to actually take stock of how you feel differently now than you did before! Wish I hadn't already had my quota of peanut butter or I would try your new snack! Tomorrow I plan to sprinkle some on a sweet potato...... |

Joy, I wonder if Bach Rescue Cream would work for you on your leg. I had a small patch on my face that was scaly/flaky, and nothing I used would get rid of it permanently. I tried Bach Rescue Cream and, after using it only twice, the place healed very nicely! I forgot to put some of my powdered TC in the cream, but if any other skin problem developes, I will definitely add the TC to it. |

Spring,
I just went to the dermatologist for the second time today. I was put on antiboitics to address a bacterial infection and will continue them for another week. He also recommended using Dial soap (My immediate reaction was "Dial soap, isn't that drying and plus in the natural world of medicine you're not supposed to use soap (my mind was on overdrive and I couldn't stop spouting these things) I was all about essential oils and natural anitibiotics, etc. etc.
Sometimes, nothing but an anitbiotic will work. And this one is working. I have another week to go but I'm making progress when nothing else would work.
Here comes the TC/ARA6 part. Normally I drag myself around for the length of time I have to take an antibiotic. Well, I continued to take my TC/ARA6 combo every single day no matter what and I can say that my energy level and mental focus have supported me totally.
I am so thankful I read your original post. I really had no idea how it would help me but after all this time it keeps helping.
I'll keep in mind your suggestion in the future if I have another type of skin situation.
Glad to hear your energy is up!

Joy, I'm glad you posted that you are taking TC/ARA6 with your antibiotic and are having such great results!! This stuff just keeps on giving, doesn't it? The thing I'm hoping for right now for myself is the ability to remember names better. I've always been the world's worst at that, and it has gotten worse in the last years. Oh, that would be wonderful to snap off names at the drop of a hat!! We shall see, we shall see......! |
