I love turmeric/curcumin, and I think TC "likes" it, too, just so long as I don't take it anywhere near the time I eat turmeric. Turmeric helps us guard against a lot of "evils!" I am about turmeric like Dennis the Menace was about catsup. A long time ago he said he could get anything down as long as it had enough catsup on it!!  

Well, the smoking couple I mentioned earlier have August 1 as the day they will start on a healthier lifestyle! Their pantry will be fortified with two containers of Trehalose, ARA6 and the other vitamins they already take, and two whole boxes of Cherry Unibars! Plus various other healthy, non-sweetened snacks such as nuts, etc.. Send a good thought their way, and we will see how successful they are this time!! Got my fingers crossed! Of course, it goes without saying that they will be eating especially well during this undertaking!

Thanks, Joy! They are already taking the Trehalose Complex and are practically jumping up and down with excitement because of the way they feel! They haven't wasted any time telling other people about it either! I'm thrilled, to say the least! I think they will make it this time!

Sorry to say : my headaches come from stress -- self induced-- after aggravation by others.. I seem not to be able to let go when I am upset.. I had such a day - early in the morning someone upset me.. then by night time I was aware that I am still aggravated, and tried to just relax and go to sleep, a few hours later I woke up getting a headache.. I took Milk of Magnesia.. Yak its just awful.. but I really seem to be able not to take a pain killer.  When taking IT, the headaches go away after about on hour and don't get as bad..  

I came here and found a funny post.. laughing helps.. Lucky for me.. I feel better the next day after arguments.. my body heals the emotions over-night or while sleeping -  I wake up refreshed emotionally.. (opening my life up to new hurts )  

Yet OK : here is my reason for posting.. so... I had this headache every day!!! for years.. with just about 4-5 days off every month..  
WHY DID trehalose complex work to reduce that number to only when I am stressed/aggravated?            

What might it have done to my body nearly from the beginning? to make me notice fewer headaches almost within 2 weeks of taking it?

(... which then allowed me to figure out that it was caused by self induced stress resulting in neck tension.. which then made me test if magnesium would help and it does in that liquid way only ..mag pills seemingly don't do it..  )

WHAT might TC have done for my body?  Any guesses?

It seems people have their favorite way to take Trehalose Complex.  Alot of people take it with grapefruit juice (I know it has some citrus in it anyway), some take it with a little water etc.

For the last week I was adding it along with my ARA6 mixed in almond milk.  Today I decided to put it in a little water with some drops of lemon essential oil  I always have on hand.  

I have to say that just the TC alone with water gave me a "badda bing feeling" almost immediately whereas I didn't really experience that mixed in with ARA6.  

Don't know why I used that particular phrasing; but ,whatever, it was a good, energetic start to the day.

Yes, Trehalose Complex is definitely Wow!

A new use for TC!   My beautician smokes all day is about 45, drinks coke all day.. She had smokers cough all winter and spring.. I gave her TC.. NO MORE cough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! clear as a bell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now what do you say to that?  any others? have such feed back?

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhh  ... so I did not take the TC for a few days.. a few .. and I am back to depression .. listlessness, and self pity...

I just took a spoon full at 12 noon, I am waiting to see how long it will take for me to feel on top of the world again..  

at least there is hope..  

Well, I wonder how the rest of the Trehalose Complex folks are doing these days? For myself, I am doing great! And part of that is the fact that I am seeing other people doing great on it too!! Just lately three more people have gotten, or are getting on, the bandwagon that I know personally. A couple with lots of health issues that they have been dealing with for years are incredibly excited about their amazing results with TC!! I won't go into details because they are likely reading this forum!! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't eventually visit the clinic  to get even more help with supplements, SWAMI, etc.. They don't live so very far away. Another person is the son of long-time friends who has more allergy problems than anyone I know. Goes around in a miserable fog like a lot of other people. Anyway, we will see how he comes out!! Will begin his journey in a few days!

So, let us know how you are doing, folks! My other supplements are still creating a real WOW! factor too! I'm pulling out some I haven't taken in a while just to see how they perform in this new environment!! They react like nothing I've ever seen before in my life!

I have been moving in my dreams lately, doing NEW things in my dreams..

During the day I feel so much more at ease when taking TC, it gives me that separation between whatever and happy thinking.. so nice.  
When I don't take it I feel it, I get 'light' blue, more fearful, more self worried.  With TC a little while later, I am self assured and ready to roam..  even after all these 5 month, it is working fine. Just talking it - is a journey.. it is to be remembered. to take it.

I just got some Bloodtype A Polyvite, Polyflora, and Genoma Security.  Since these are all "A" friendly supplements (as are the others made for their particular bloodtype) I expect to see more benefits.

I think TC does work better with the right supplements. When Dr. D. mentioned "doing the work" he certainly wasn't kidding! Good health requires diligence and continuing our education in how to take better care of ourselves. And, it goes without saying, the payoff is priceless!

Wow! I finally got plain old ARA to take with my Trehalose Complex this morning and took the first "dose" with TC about an hour ago. I had been taking the ARA Plus caps away from TC all along, but taking the powder and TC together was/is a trip and a half! The TC worked much quicker with the plain ARA! --Ha! That is certainly a misnomer. ARA is everything but plain!

If there is anyone left on the D'Adamo Planet besides me who hasn't tried ARA powder before with their Trehalose Complex, I advise you to give it a try ASAP!! It is wonderful!! I started off with 1/4 teaspoon and a rounded 1/2 teaspoon of TC. WOW!! To the NTH!!

Spring I'll certainly reinforce your comments about the combination of TC and ARA6.  I have been having them in Almond Milk in the morning.

This morning, though, I felt as if I was downing so many liquid supplements and pills and a new smoothie combo that it was too much.  My stomach rebelled.  So I will eat lightly the rest of the day.
