After taking about a week break from Trehalose, I'm taking it again in small doses, and that seems to be working for me.  The recommended dose is way too much, but it might be an individual thing.  I only take 1/2 tsp at a time with 1/2 tsp of ARA6.  It is great for workouts.  I make sure I have something on my stomach first.  Wait a little bit, then take the Trehalose, wait a little while longer, then go for a light workout.  That's in the morning.  Then after lunch, I take it after my meal, then head back to work and I'm able to better endure staying awake at my desk for the afternoon at my lovely job.  All in all, it is great stuff.  But, beware, it is very speedy, at least for me.  A little of that stuff, plus some Cortigard and Tranquility Base, and I'm feeling pretty good.

I'm so glad you've gotten this worked out, Adam! And I'm hoping it is going to get even better because it certainly has for me! I got another couple started on it this weekend. They have been desperately trying to stop smoking for a long time. It will be interesting to see how this works out for them!

I juice all vegetables in my Breville juicer. The green juice may be later blended with other ingredients.

It is funny, but I have meant to add my veggie drinks to soups sometimes, but they just never get past a glass!! I just love that fresh, sparkling taste!! I haven't thought about it before, but people with a shortage of time could add a tad of TC and freeze a batch in separate small containers. This would work when we have too much on hand to use up quickly enough - veggies, that is.

I am now on my third and have more .. I am now taking the near full 2 teaspoons in the morning. poor it directly into the mouth and let it melt.. then I add some pure turmeric at the last moment and then swallow with 3 ox.. Grapefruit juice..

The reason for more TC in the morning, just because ... it makes me gassy again, but soon that will go away again.. showers me that I need more cleaning done...

The turmeric and soon some cayenne pepper to 'deactivate' the stomach to brain nerve impulses that ask for food-- to stop me from being hungry.. I am doing this as a self test.  I am experimenting on on idea others have expressed ... I will report.. BY the way:   PLEASE  no one do what I do.. the pepper could chock someone who is not careful..  and one could be allergic as well or the stomach might get burned.. I might get some plain capsules and fill them myself.. but just for a little - I don't mind the spicy burning down my throat.

Does anyone know about peppery foods... are they good or bad? for O's as along as its compliant Beneficials?

Wow! You're really stepping out with your dosage!! You must keep us posted on your "experiments," Goldie! How did you ever come up with the turmeric idea? I use it in something every day in my food, but hadn't thought of taking it with TC.

Don't worry!   I won't be trying the pepper - a big old Avoid for me! I do love experimenting with this stuff though! I bet you are detoxing everything under the sun!!

My latest question is this: Is there any way that TC will help balance copper in our bodies? Anyone??

No answer specifically, but the more we heal the body, the more it can release overloads or keep more of what we need.. Focusing on one item is basically counter productive.. the body always needs to balance one item against the other.. so if one is being dealt with - the other has to work harder..

Detoxing mentally is most important -at the same time- one detoxes from substances, or the brain hangs on to its faulty information and control impulses.   WHY copper?

Goldie and Spring, on Sunday I saw that new recommendations have been added to TC directions, and now it is also recommended to take it away from curcumin...

Thanks, Goldie!
It's because I have been having some symptoms that are similar to detoxing copper. And the thing I am excited about right now is that I went through my entire list of foods and SWAMI somehow KNOWS that I need to avoid copper!!! WOW!!!!! To the NTH!!

The two young people who are trying to quit smoking were singing the praises of Trehalose Complex to me over the phone tonight!!!  Or was that on the other thread that I mentioned them? Anyway, they are so happy!!
Hey, I don't want to see this thread disappear! Too much good stuff here!

It's really great that you are introducing Trehalose Complex to people who can benefit from using it.
The benefits of using Trehalose Complex on a regular basis seem far and wide to help overall health.

I just received my order containing another container of Trehalose Complex and more ARA6.

So what do you all think?

How will I know if I react 'badly' to the Trehalose if it wasn't pure enough?
I generally get away with 'sins' so I am not a good 'control' person

The sample I received in the post is made from corn...so anyone have an answer for me on the above question?

Thanks!

I am up since 11 this eventing - it is #AM now.. I have a headache again and am at wits end .. again......

I started the day feeling actually HAPPY with some good news.. a feeling I do not always have, I am certain that it comes with TC.. No doubt it affects me with mood lifting.. !

I expected to feel ok today, I had a wonderful day doing all I wanted and had several pieces of good news..  I was out with friends swimming having dinner doing good things.. compliant.. had a wonderful day .. took the tablespoon of TC and a Magnesium 'pill' and in the morning also 2 others as soon as the head ache started tonight at 10 tonight.  There was no stress, the day was better then ever and no worry over nothing.  So why this headache and why will it not go away.. My neck muscles feel like ropes, thick heavy ropes..

At 2 am I got up and went to the all night store to buy the Milk of Magnesia in the believe that maybe it would work to clear the headache away.. It is 3am and it did not help, now I took one more spoon of TC and sitting here with the headache wondering what else I could try.. cold did nothing, heat seldom does anything, ....

...so JUST now 3.15  I am trying Capzasin  cream a cream for arthritis I never tried before.. from my medicine cabinet and put it all around the neck.. It is Hot feeling, I have no idea what is in it, but I assume it is a pepper derivative.. from its name?

I  am really unhappy about this headpain.. and yet .....even now: I am feeling happy.. I had a great day.. I think the increase in TC helps with that.. I am up to one table spoon in the morning.. with grapefruit juice.

Maybe this cream and burning heat sensation around my neck might break the spell.. I am refusing to take a pain killer, as it only gives me a 24 hour reprieve and then rebounds in pain again.. been there done that..

I will have to re-read the early posts here reg my headaches .. but right now my eye sight is to poor to do so..

Spring: The thread will not go away, even if it disappears for a while, someone will make a post or search for TC and then find it, so no worry.. just keep a copy of the thread URL and email it to your self and then you can always access it again.. That is what I do..with good stuff..

P/S it is nearly 4am, the neck muscles are slowley letting go.The ropes are getting thinner.
I have no idea why the headaches lasts 5-6 hours.. maybe I will get some sleep soon.. thanks for letting me be here.. it helps..

I have to chime in real quick.  Just ordered my 2nd container of TC, after not having taken it for several months.  I'd been super stressed these last few weeks, working on starting a corporation (which I found is no walk in the park), and not being able to focus on the monumental tasks ahead.  Studying securities laws, drafting technical documents on subjects I'd never heard of before... yikes.

Within the same day of taking TC, I swear a veil was lifted from my mind and body, and suddenly the stress didn't affect me like it had.  Was able to write an entire PPM (an 8 hour task), and get everything else done I needed to.  Plus I just feel happier & lighter.

This stuff is magic!

Goldie, I do hope you are feeling better by now. That headache sounds like a real monster! I am a great believer in layering on the ointments and creams for shoulder tension.  Have you tried the Bach Remedy for tension? This Aspen that I am playing around with right now is wonderful! I even put some on my skin at the neck area and it worked. Albeit, I only used a minute amount of it - not even a drop! I have already recommended it to two people who need it worse than I do. No doubt, there are other Bach Remedies that might even address your problem more specifically. I am glad that Victoria and others have spread the word about these products.

About the thread, I was partly joking about it "disappearing!" But sometimes when people are not feeling well, it is bothersome to try to find things, especially if they don't even know they exist!!

I would be game to at least try it. Corn irritated my stomach and esophagus like crazy, but I didn't seem to have any other obvious problems with it. But it seems this trehalose is less apt to be the demon that plain old corn would be for most of us. Let us know how you come out with it if you decide to take the plunge!

You're so right, Eric! And it seems you got back to taking it at just the right time to give it a really tough test!! And good luck on finishing up this mountainous course you have set for yourself!! Wow!!

These people I have gotten started taking it are just so thrilled  at how wonderful they are feeling too! I'm always smiling from ear to ear just listening to them talk about it!!

Curcumin is the is the principal component of turmeric that is thought to give its health benefit.

You should try to avoid eating/taking tumeric/curcumin for an hour after taking trehalose complex.

from corn... but it will or should only have 2 legs instead of sugar three...

I would try it also.. by it  self.. for three days.. no other new things added just your daily routine..

Plain T is different as it does not contain the d-Ribose.. Are you using it in place of sugar? curious to see what it will do to replace sugar.. cravings or usage... let us know.. what did you pay for it for how much?

Will do  !

Goldie, I wonder if something like Pilates might help- I don't know if you have mentioned things like that in an earlier post...

My sister-in-law, a very active triathlete ended up with an inflamed shoulder because of bad technique when swimming! She's doing pilates now to retrain all her muscles and to get them 'firing' properly!
Seems like posture has a bigger effect on health than certainly I ever thought...and since you had such a good active day I wonder if exactly THAT had to do with your headache

For now I got a free 100 gram sample of the supplier  , but it will the equivalent of $16 for 800 gram plus p&p.
Yes, will use it instead of sugar...not that I use much 'sugar' anyway
Might have to bake a cake to test it
