After a shower, their body was sprayed with a 2 % trehalose solution

No, Victoria, they were spraying it on their bodies!! But I can't help but think that it would help the problem taking it internally too! I wouldn't put anything past this stuff at this point! It would appear that putting it into a lotion would work too. I can just see some sort of deodorant formulated with Trehalose added.......

Interesting!  Well, it probably would make a good deodorant.  But I'd hate to miss out on all this elegant cellular cleansing we are benefiting from.

That is an impressive article, Spring.  So TC works on the inside and outside keeping us fresh and clean!  Let's hope so.

I have used it as an exfoliator on my facial skin and parts of my leg.  I believe, once again, that Goldie was the first to give that a try.

Why not a body spray or lotion.  There are sprays for everything nowadays.  And if they don't add any chemicals to the lotion it would be great.

Odors be gone!  Let's remember "the nose, knows".

Shoot, Victoria, I hope no one tries to tear me away from ingesting TC!! No way!! I just thought it was interesting that it could affect something that way! Maybe we need to mix this in our shampoo!    You reckon our hair would stand on end!?!   Or, if that isn't an option, people with smelly hair might be eternally grateful for  a real "fix" for their problem!

BTW, is the sale still going on - buy two and get one free? Does anyone know? I'm still recommending this stuff to people, and I would like to know.....

I was high as a kite after less than a day when I first started taking TC, and I dropped about two pounds in two days! TC was getting rid of stuff!

That's what it did for me too, as far as losing weight.

I'm not elated, but am feeling energetic and grounded...I don't often get to combine those feelings!  kind of feeling like I "have it all together".

Well I read that adding a little baking powder to shampoo will be slightly abrasive to hair and remove all the gunk from conditioners..   So why not mix a little with both these items to make hair shiny.. I will do it today..

I have some old spice bottles it the the little holes in the top, I am going to make a jar for my shower.. and have it handy.. same for baking powder, for a stand-in replacement of chemical deodorant..

I look forward to my morning spoon of TC.. so nice.. how to start eating it in such a way as to enjoy it on my tongue.. ? until now I just gulped it.. time for changes and make it even more pleasureful - sugar I am allowed to have!

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I couldn't agree with you more, Goldie! I have gone through a few changes since starting TC. At first I was not about to take it at night because I was already having trouble sleeping, but as I continued taking it, my sleep was getting more restful. At the same time, though, I was gradually getting more and more sleepy in the daytime instead of feeling as energized as I had been. Now that I am able to take an extra 1/2 teaspoon at night, I am getting a lot more benefit from my sleep and feeling fantastic in the AM! It is incredible!

I love this stuff! But I think we have to work with it as individuals to get the best benefit from it. You have been a strong leader in that, for sure!!

Melissa, I was feeling elated and grounded all at the same time right away! I do hope you eventually get that wonderful lift as I did! It was like all the things I had done on the diet for years had finally come together with a big bang! It is really impossible to describe......

Imagine something that will eliminate what we call freezer burn!  Or the wild flavor out of game! Interesting:
From Amazon description of Trehalose
Improves the taste of homemade sausages Natural sweetener and anti-oxidant Eliminates ''freezer flavor'' Use with citric acid (sold separately) to improve overall flavor and look of sausage Treats 25 lbs. of meat LEM Trehalose helps improve the taste of your homemade sausage and make it look fresher longer. A natural anti-oxidant and sweetener that is half as sweet as sugar, trehalose eliminates ''freezer flavor''. So take the ''wild'' out of wild game or the ''fowl'' out of turkey sausage with LEM Trehalose. Use with LEM Citric Acid (sold separately) to improve the overall flavor and look of homemade sausage meats. 4 oz. bag treats 25 lbs. of meat. Manufacturer model #: 965. LEM Citric Acid is sold separately and can be found through item search for item number 38-614-964-38

Spring, does it mean that if you put it in food you prepare, freezer flavour wouldn't stick to it? It IS a bit amazing, isn't it?

Yes, that is what it means, Yaeli! It would have been wonderful to have had it when I used to cook wild game to get rid of the "wild" taste too!! They are marketing this to hunters.

I would love to see what a cream with Trehalose would do for the skin of a friend of mine who ruined it staying in the sun 'way too much through the years! It is so leathery and wrinkled.   I was noticing today the scandalous price they are charging for creams containing Trehalose!!

Go spring!
Have you already fixed her cream for her? Would you please tell us the results after a few weeks? It's obviously for a reason that they add trehalose to skin care creams

Even taken only internally, I have seen several problem areas on my face (from sun damage) clearing up, lightening and smoothing out.

Yes, my spots on my hands are lighter.. not all but still remarkable.. someone missed the boat here, by not making the name and all aspects patented to the point where it would belong to one company..

but there is still time to enter that game.

How about using it in place of toothpaste.. rinse well.

(By the way you never saw such slippery hair as when a little baking soda was mixed to shampoo.. Now I wonder if trehalose could do the same.. ? )  This becomes obsessive!

Maybe this link would help understand more about D-Ribose, Goldie. It is one powerful substance......

http://www.livestrong.com/article/448411-what-is-d-ribose-powder/
Or this one:
http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-.....ngredientName=RIBOSE

One article had this to say:
I recommend that pregnant women, nursing mothers, and very young children refrain from taking ribose simply because there is not enough published data on its use in these groups.

I'm dealing with the Tropical storm here in Florida and I had to leave because there was some roof leakage.  They can't repair it until it stops raining and even though as of today it is  moving east there will be bands of rain for the next two days.

Guess what I took with me?  Of course, Trehalose and ARA6.  I used it in the shower this AM to see what it would do for the itching on my leg.  Will report on that result in a few days.

Well, she lives in another state now and is having other issues to contend with recently that have to do with a car accident some years ago that nearly killed her. So her skin is the last thing on her mind right now, and I'm not able to be there to fix her creams for her.
But I will tell you this! I have an old pair of walking shoes that had definitely seen their best days and didn't smell all that good, either!! Not terrible, but ready to be thrown out because they are not washable! I put some of the TC that I had put in my blender earlier in a tiny bit of water and wiped it on my feet really well all over and put these shoes on. I walked around in them all afternoon yesterday and this morning, and they don't smell like the same shoes at all!! I suppose I could have put this concoction in a spray bottle and simply sprayed the shoes, but I'm not ready to waste any of it yet!! I've run out of descriptive words to use for this stuff!!

OK. since i am conservative, i will not just go ahead and "jump" on the bandwagon, but i will certainly put a "foot" on the bandwagon. After reading all the happy messages about the trehalose, i decided to order some and try it out. It has only been a week, but i have lost about 2-3 pounds without doing anything different. I also feel like my skin looks plumper and fresher. it is suble though. i haven't felt the energy/elation but i'll finish the jar and see what happens.

I am about as conservative as a person could get when I am considering what I will put into my body, whether it is foods or supplements! I have been this way most of my life. We see people all around us throwing down what amounts to garbage with never a thought about what it is doing to their bodies! To me, one of the most interesting things about this forum is that it is made up of people who actually have learned to "listen" to their bodies through years of experience, embrace what supports better health for them and push away, very emphatically, from what they know will harm them! And, no matter their ages, they are still enthusiastically learning, learning, learning!!! It is addictive being around them!!
