Santina, just give Dr. D. and the Trehalose Complex all the credit!!!!
I wouldn't be talking about it day and night on here if it were not for those two!!!
I feel like the kid who finally managed to reach the cookie jar!!
Another thing about Trehalose Complex is that it is a wonderful "regulator" for me! For instance, it demands that I eat when I should, and nobody has to tell me that ARA is good with it because I feel so great when I take this ARA Plus (belatedly, of course, because of the quercetin) that I will replace with ARA6! I have been taking ARA Plus for years, but it has never done for me what it is doing now!!

A really odd thing is that I have changed entirely about how much I eat and when. For my entire life I have eaten a small lunch and a much larger dinner. Well, since I have been taking TC my body is demanding a big lunch and a much, much smaller dinner! All within the course of taking two containers of it!! Don't croak, Goldie, but I just had a double serving of steamed brocolli, a big serving of grated carrots with lemon/oil dressing, a medium-sized sweet potato, half a cucumber with the lemon/oil dressing and a turkey burger loaded with four different spices and herbs!! My tummy is happy!!

I don't think they know nearly all there is to know about this incredible supplement yet......!!

The first thing I put into my stomach in the morning is Trehalose Supreme.  Then I wait until after my shower to start on other things.

I took a break from Trehalose for two days and the difference in my quality of life was very noticeable!  The contrast was a good reality check-in.  There is something about it that promotes cheerfulness and creativity.  It does sustain my energy nicely too, but the emotional balance is an amazing accomplishment for a mere supplement!

I couldn't agree with you more, Victoria, about how noticeable these changes are!!

There's no mistaking how Victoria feels about TC and how its working for her expecially when the post says Trehalose Supreme!

I can't say that I disagree either.

Spring,  I haven't stopped taking it but I would hope I don't get that "let down" feeling if I do.

I'm still taking one teaspoon a day, usually around 11AM.  Seems to be working fine.

I may increase the dose "just a tad".  I've just started my second container.

Joy, I consider the notion of a "let down feeling" simply a very graphic picture of what I used to call "normal." Not anymore, though!! You know why? Because the sun came out!!

I can't resist posting this! We have been talking a lot about not taking Trehalose Complex after such an such hour so it won't keep us awake, but last night, after trying different things to help me sleep better for a while now (and TC had definitely helped even though I was taking it before 4:00 PM), I decided to really put TC to the test about this. I certainly didn't have anything to lose. So about twenty or thirty minutes before I went to bed, I took a rounded one-fourth teaspoon serving. Maybe I should mention that I had done some strenuous work yesterday that left my left hip hurting pretty badly, but I decided not to even do my usual treatment for that. So off to bed I went. In just a few minutes I could feel the normal, noticeable changes I get from taking TC, so I'm lying there wondering if the usual "lift" I get is going to keep me awake!

Well, the next thing I know I'm waking up this morning from the most refreshing sleep I've had in I can't remember when!!! I'm so excited I can hardly sit still to write this post!!! This stuff is totally unbelievable!!

So I'm out of here to get stuff done!!!

Add me to the "this stuff is totally unbelievable" choir.  I took a tsp this morning first thing at 5am when I got up before taking my walk.  I mixed it with a tsp of ARA6 and the juice of a grapefruit and a little water.  The thing is, my metabolism must be a bit different than Spring.  I didn't feel it immediately.  My walk was a bit more brisk than usual, but I didn't "feel" different.  That all changed when I finally got back and made something to eat.  After eating my boiled egg and salmon this morning, oh boy!....was there ever a noticeable difference!  For all you guys reaching for that Viagra or Cialis, look no further than Trehalose Complex.  Maybe I can finally uncheck that box on my SWAMI.  Going 100% compliant always fixes that condition, so not like it's a huge issue with me.

I also felt particularly "tingly" all over.  Hard to describe.  At one point, I felt like the Incredible Hulk, like all my muscles were filling with blood and pumped up.  It was a really exhilarating feeling, like I wanted to go work out with weights that very moment.  But, I had to get ready for work.  I also noticed my body heat rising, which was interesting because Teachers are recommended to take the cold shower therapy.  That would feel really good during that body heat phase, but I passed on it.  Later, at work, I was very alert, and rather speedy at the keyboard, more than usual.  This is real energy, like a simmering pot on the stove, that just keeps going.  This is some powerful stuff.  If you are looking for something different from NAP and you maybe had bad luck with NAP supp's in the past, this one is a winner.  Highly recommended!

I'm very happy to hear about your great results, Adam! I've just about run out of words to describe it properly without sounding like a complete idiot!

In spite of all that, my feeling is that most of it's story is one of the best-kept secrets that ever hit this forum, barring none!!

Very interesting!  I think I'll have to try a little more.  I'm just taking 1 tsp in the morning with grapefruit juice.  I think I'll try a little when I get home in the evening too and see how that works.  Next time I order I'll get the ARA6 too.  The thing that I've noticed is that I think I'm thinking a little more clearly.  I see it when doing things like puzzles, etc.  I've become a whiz at Words with Friends...lol.

Jane, I know what you mean! I told a young friend how old I am last night, and she actually gasped! The same thing happened a few weeks ago when I told the daughter of a long-time friend that I was the same age as her mother. She looked completely stunned! I think my outlook plays a big part in them thinking I'm a lot younger than I am. These girls know that we have a son forty-five years old, and I was no kid by any means when I had him!!

The main thing, though, is that I feel so much better than I did decades ago!    I just wish it was being used by so many of the people I know who are just living out their days in what seems more like a stupor than anything. And a lot of them are a lot younger than me!! We can't help but so many people, though.......

I have to say though, by about 3pm, I was dragging pretty badly, and ended up dead tired with a headache and had to go home about an hour earlier than usual.  I didn't have another hit of TC at noon, so that might have been why I was so tired.  I'm not sure if the headache was from work or the TC.  Not sure if I'll take this tomorrow.  I may wait a while and then try it.  Maybe on the weekend so I have the freedom to be active while buzzing on it.

You may have been tired from the work of "burning" waste matter.

The headache is likely from toxins getting dumped into the digestive system...

Once you have taken the TC for several days to a week, you'll probably not feel the headache anymore...

I might suggest to take only one item at a time for a week, so as to get familiar with its effect..

At the beginning I started with 1/4 spoon every so many hours, so the effect was much more even. Now I do the whole in the AM and later..

Yes -we should be able to buy stock in this..   its addictive..

Adam, after going through the systemic Candida treatment, and all that entailed, I guess I just didn't notice the couple or so headaches I had, and the few drops in energy because I knew anything this powerful had to have something like that going on for me to benefit from it. All that passed like a flash, though, compared to the Candida deal.

One thing I forgot to mention earlier is that you absolutely NEED to drink more water than you have been. It helps get all that detoxing stuff out of your system. I found that simply taking more TC helped me, but you might find that less is better! But please do try to keep working with it because you can't imagine the benefits you will get!! Even taking the ARA6 alone when you don't feel up to the TC will give you a boost during detoxing. Good luck!!

TC is helping me similarly! As I fear darkness, I usually hinder myself from falling asleep at night by watching favorite - totally unnecessary - TV series. Since I take TC I must forget about this. TC forces me to fall asleep, sometimes into a very deep sleep, even during daytime if I miss sleeping time. TC is the only tool which could have ever done this for me. Magic.

I don't know if I sleep better, but TODAY.. I was getting up and sitting, sipping my morning drink when I was surprised BY THE THOUGHT: I don't have anything to complain!  so why do it? why have I done it before?

THIS IS NEW!   ... I went to a running race and had been in touch with people who had real sad stories to tell.. Like one runner is the last of his family to survive at 27.. he had 11 siblings and his dad is gone to.. three men had no use of their legs, people walked to support, some hobbling in pain at the finish, bent over, and out of breath.. I was deeply moved to a place where I can see that:   What we say is important, yet we say things differently to different people in different ways.

I thought about that and HAD THE BRAIN SPACE to recognize THAT.  Like with a new lover, we would not complain to about little things, while to on old friend, we seem to feel more at ease to lay out all our issues.  ............... Today I came away BEING GRATEFUL TO all who have heard me here complain. You have listened and supported me here>>>>>>> it is important!  AND YET I found my thoughts to be less 'oppressed' today.  This all is TC. It is clearing away trashy thinking somewhere and letting me (I said it before) : MAKING ME brave again..       INTERESTING!

I wonder if that is all placebo.. I do not care, so long as it continues to do it's work! in my head!

DR. D. You introduced Trehalose Complex with D-Ribose in a one page blurb..  here is the question: IS there way more to this TC ?  Are there different forms of Trehalose??? which address different illnesses?

Could you elaborate in some teaching form? Please at some point,,,,,

How much should a Alzheimer patient be getting.. she is just slowly losing her memory for the last 6 month.. she still responds to questions properly but does not initiate any.

For a person diagnosed with PLM who survived for 18 month, how much to take, and to expect any benefit?

For Lupus, what would make it work?

For Lyme .. will it feed the micro organisms or paracites -  or help to eliminate them?

For a person after cancer surgery on her leg, having contracted on infection, how much to take? Can it also be used ON wounds? - if nothing else works?

Is more better?  Should one also take just plain Trehalose in addition to TC?

PLAIN Trehalose?? is it good for kids? twins with Autism?

I  am not expecting on answer here.. but can we get bigger explanation on the Trehalose Complex..

The TC thread on here is fab.. but it does not YET show where it will cure all sorts of serious illness.

I received the email item below, it is explicitly talking about NEW sugar cures.. for all sorts of issues, diabetes, prostate cancer and chronic sinus.

The good THINKING about BTD is that I do not have to believe all the junk I get in email or in stores, on TV.  I can trust that I will do fine with BTD and NAP.

Yet, DR. D. You introduced TC in a one page blurb.. and here is my the question:   Is there more to it?  Would you have me read some other research stuff?  What do you teach your students on TC?  AM I EXPECTING to much from Trehalose Complex?      Will there be other things added to Trehalose and sold later?

COULD YOU maybe elaborate in some form and set me and others straight?   I do not wish to listen to others sales talk.. your presentation will not be hype, You I trust..
THANK YOU FOR ALL the help and proper information.. You are saving LIVES every day!

Here is the other guys connection.. a sales pitch from beginning to end..

Goldie, I wouldn't brush Dr. Wright off as just a "salesman." He has done some very good work, and many people have benefited from it. I have read a lot of what he has had to say about many things, and much of it could be used in conjunction with our SWAMI diets.

I will say this, though, I hate those "presentations," and if I want to learn more about what they have going at any time, I can go to their website and learn what I want to know. I've never spent a penny on their supplements, but that doesn't mean they are worthless. People like him are definitely on the side of sparing people as much as possible from the assaults of modern medicine. So I want to give him his due for that!

Goldie, there is no way this stuff is a placebo! There are too many of us examining it from too many angles, and we are used to being very critical of anything that goes into our bodies, and how we react to it!! We aren't newbies to supplements!!

I just heard from someone I had recommended TC to, and they have been taking it a few weeks now. They were saying that they had hurt their back playing racket ball recently, but they were sleeping fine! This person hardly EVER slept fine in the BEST of circumstances before taking TC! They are sixty-three years old and really fast-paced racket ball is their favorite exercise!!

There is no telling how much this is going to help your overall health, Yaeli!! Not getting enough sleep is so destructive. People pay out a lot of money to get help for such things as fear of darkness. I'm just to the point of scratching my head wondering what will turn up next that TC has helped!
