Ouch Spring??!!Me too!!
Thanks at lot! But I certainly can't complain. I have spent hours standing up today working outside during the late afternoon and evening, and my toe and foot only bother me if I turn them a little on to that side. It is totally amazing!!!!! It is still twice its size, but the black has faded to gray and the rest is a really nice, healthy red!!! I usually stay black for days!!! Amazing!!! |

Spring,
Could it be that with these supplements, now a part of your daily intake, you have become a "super healer"? So following the BTD and using TC and ARA6 has sped up your healing process.
Would it be fair to say that this is a true statement for you? I'm sure you take other supplements but your reactions thus far have been encouraging to alot of us. While we are all individuals in this community the best information seems to be available to us to consider.
I do get alot from reading about people's progress thus far. The proof is in the posting!

Joy, I don't think my body at this age has suddenly started healing at super speed all by itself. I have been taking common supplements, and some not so common, for forty years. It had been fifteen or twenty years since I had any sort of cold until this past fall, and I attributed that to the overload of yogurt I was eating 3 times a day, etc., as I have mentioned before. I have not suffered any major problems with allergies. I did have the episode with Clorox, but I was doing a huge cleaning job on the house trim over four days and was not careful enough about my exposure to it. This brought on inflammation of my esophagus, upper stomach and did an awful number on my nervous system. Besides this, I developed high blood pressure because of the nerve problem. Which still sort of comes and goes according to whatever stress happens to be going on, but it is definitely lower now than when I started taking TC. I believe now that part of the reason that it took me so long to get over the Clorox exposure is that I stopped all my supplements because of the irritation in my esophagus and stomach, and, also, because I didn't know how they would react to my blood pressure medication. I gradually added them back over a period of time, but I had lost a lot of ground during that time. Anyway, I began to notice a big difference in the way I felt after I started taking ARA some time ago, but with adding Trehalose Complex, it is simply amazing, and I can see changes every day in my skin, my energy, even the healing in my toe and foot among other things that I have written about! So, yes, there is no doubt in my mind that ARA6 and Trehalose have benefited me more than I ever thought possible - especially since it has only been a month or so and one container of Trehalose Complex! So now I will relax a bit before hitting the sack!! |

Yesterday, 3 pre-cancerous type scales just peeled off my nose, leaving smooth skin. Those have been there for more than a decade! And a large brown spot next to my eyebrow that appeared 11 years ago is getting lighter and lighter. I fully expect it to disappear. |

It is so funny to be concerned with every little detail about a product mimicking sugar.. I took both spoons of TC 2 hours apart, in the morning yesterday, and I felt so alive all day that it was actually rather strange. The energy level is kind of strange.. it is not Adrenalin based. No feeling of palpitations, and I tested just to be sure pulse was 70 -90 depending .. but that is normal for me, and it can go lower, but my oxygen level is always around 90-93 the highest. The heart has to work more to provide the oxygen needed in the body. I ended up doing something that I would only do during full moon.. starting a new project....yet it is NOT even near full.. This energy is different.. I actually was daring, and followed through on doing a scary task. I might actually have been to hasty, no patience.. I am hoping 'my courage' will work out. I am not certain that I will do 2 spoons together again, I might not want to be so energized. It lasted way into the evening, and still allowed a snooze in the afternoon.. This is strange stuffffff. |

I wonder if a "squirt" would even be the amount in a spoon of Trehalose. I cannot taste anything acidic about it at all. Out of 4000 milligrams total per spoon, the pectin at 235 mgs. is a very small amount. About 6 per cent. 1 teaspoon of citric acid = 4~6 teaspoons of lemon juice = 8 teaspoons of vinegar.
I don't squirt lemon juice on my fish every day. I have fish once in a while..I would be taking Trehalose every day. |

I was a LOT older than you were when I first started on the diet and about ready for a complete breakdown. Many things can still be fixed - for instance, if my eyelid can suddenly get fixed in a matter of weeks and fatty tumors can shrink at my age - I think the possibilities are worth working toward with enthusiasm!!
Yes, but you my dear are an Explorer. Victoria is a B. Plus, I'm not saying I had a lot of wins since I started eating this way, like headaches, growths all stopped. I'm just still allergic to citrus. I can't even take the polyvites for A.. because there is citrus, oranges in it. I've asked Dr. D to reformulate it...still not reformulated. IDK why he would put an avoid in polyvites...? |

I am completely, utterly unable to eat or drink any citrus. Lemon water, lemon on fish, fresh grapefruit .. all of them give me horrible heartburn or bumps inside my mouth. The Trehalose, however, gives me NO problems! Yay!
I can't tolerate any form of citrus.. not even on my skin. It burns. Citrus gives me migraines, abnormal growths, acne like bumps all over my face..It's not a pretty sight. |

Victoria, Did the scales disappear by taking it orally or did you run a solution of the TC on them? I have this one brown spot on my face that I've been trying to get rid of for a long time. I tried the Clinique stuff and now I'm trying Clarins but no such luck. Jane |

Interesting. Since taking Trehalose S., I have had a strange tickle-drilling sensation on the sole of my right foot. It lasts a couple of minutes, then fades out and stops. I talked with my M.D., who didn't have a clue what it signified. So, I'm just accepting it at this time as a process. |

Hi Mayflowers,
I do not have an adverse reaction from lemons but I can't tolerate alot of citrus and therefore stay away from it.
Reread ABJoe's information posted. Different forms of a substance when added to a supplement are OK.
No one wants you to risk an allergic reaction. There is 100% Trehalose (you'd have to make sure there are no additives) sold on Amazon. Something called Sweet T (not positive of this name) is sold in packets.
Why not reap the benefits that Trehalose may give you.
Something to consider..........

Goldie, I take 1 teaspoon each time about two hours apart in the AM and my pulse rate is 50-60! In the past, it would be around 80-90 when I was lying in the bed trying to sleep! I know what you mean about the courage thing. I am having to be careful that I don't overdo. I have incredible strength for someone my age, anyway, and with all this energy - WOW! I needed some of this when my children were small!! |

I am with you about the orange in polyvites! Totally! I hate what orange does to me. I had to send a big order of Vitamin C back to Puritan because they started using orange in it so they could label it as having bioflavonoids! Made my stomach hurt like crazy. But if you use a squirt of lemon on your fish (or did I read that wrong?) this shouldn't bother you. Only .06 of a teaspoon is not much. |

No, I can get away with that, but if I had say lemon juice in warm water every morning, or ice tea with lemon every day, my stomach can't take it and it starts burning.then my face starts breaking out in sore red bumps all over.. I tried the lemon in water and my stomach started burning and I got bad indigestion. HA! You should see my sons (O and B) both of them have my citrus allergy.. they both get migraines from it and their acne gets twice as bad. I can always tell when they have had lemon or orange by their face (or headache) |

If you could isolate the point on your sole you could use a reflexology chart to find out which part of your body it is connected to. |

I agree. And the point does correspond to the area of my health that I have been focusing on lately. It will be interesting to see if the sensation goes away as my issues stabilize. |

Victoria, have you noticed anything about the skin on the backs of your hands?! Mine doesn't seem quite as fragile as it did. |
