Spring - thanks for the chart, I see that I get lots of quercitin on a daily basis! I had no idea that it was in so many foods! Many thanks again.
This is my third day on 1 tsp. in the a.m. Am feeling a bit clearer despite these severe allergies. At one time they would put me down, but not now. |

??? Do you mean 2 mg. quercetin? or 2 grams of buckwheat?
I meant 2 mgs. of quercetin!! I was still discombobulated by those crazy columns!! Thanks for trying to fix them! |

It doesn't mean that you shouldn't eat cranberries or drink the juice... Just not within an hour of taking the Trehalose Complex...
I calculated according to the table and additional calories data, and found out that each time I added to the warm water a splash (15 ml) of cranberry concentrate instead of the lemon juice, I added 3 mg quercetin. |

This morning I've completed my first week dosage of TC. The first 3 days I had an average of 1 teaspoon per day, the rest 4 days - 1/2 a teaspoon a day.
I feel very good, very much myself, organized, focused, and balanced - much better than before I started taking the TC. |

I had a headache but it was much less severe and so far today I don't have a headache so far.
.... and that is still remarkable.
I am now taking it 1 teaspoon in the am with a little grapefruit juice and no longer eat the grapefruit in slices all day.. seems that it was to much for me to eat as much.. but now I am ok..
Then I take the second tea spoon in the afternoon... and feel more energetic... and all is well.
If I take it at night I think I get so energized that I can stay awake longer... which is ok, because then maybe I can sleep through the night which is a rare thing, BUT it has happened 3 times.
I am wondering however.. anyone with acid relux??? how has taking the grapefruit juice been for you? and how have you felt over night?
I have told a 40 year old overweight man to start eating apple slices and honey at night before going to bed and taking the TC during the day.. I will see how that goes..

You describe Trehalose helping you "get it together" so well, yaeli! It really is a wonderful feeling, isn't it?! I'm just itching to try some of it on a scraggly plant that I wouldn't grieve too much if it died! |

A lot of people can relate to the "scrambled eggs" feeling! It is a wonder they function as well as they do, what with going around foggy, fuzzy, and just not "with it" in general. And throw in stress from all sorts of things on top of that....... I'm just glad Dr. D. introduced us to this stuff! |

I have to be very careful not to overdo grapefruit and even lemon or I will hurt, hurt, hurt!!! I have had acid reflux for years, but it stays well under control as long as I am careful about my diet and the citrus that I am allowed. That is great about your sleeping all night. A good start - I hope it keeps up!! |

This would be very simple to do. Just don't water it with green tea at the same time |

Dianne, I just can't keep my mouth shut! It has been so exciting! And this deal about my eyelid is astonishing to me more than anything! I have had a slightly drooping eyelid since I was born. It didn't actually bother me, I just accepted it as one of those things. But to get on with my story, I don't pay a whole lot of attention to my face in general except when I'm doing my hair, and other maintenance, but I kept noticing something strange about my face last week when I would pass by a mirror. This went on for two or three days until finally I decided to try to figure out what was going on with my face! To my huge surprise, the drooping eyelid is no more!! I simply couldn't believe it. I even went so far as to measure both eyes, using my glasses as a guide, to make sure I wasn't imagining this. I still couldn't believe it was anything but a fluke, so I kept measuring for a few more days! Well, it is the real deal, and my eyes look exactly the same now! Nothing has changed in my life except taking this Trehalose Complex. There has never in my entire life been any change in this eyelid from the time I was born unless it was when I was very tired, and then it was even worse! So I'm pretty excited about this, not so much that the eyelid is fixed now, but that this is simply an outward sign of the possibilities of what this stuff can do!! Maybe it will fix my eyes so I don't need glasses or contacts anymore!! I'm holding off going to my doctor to have them checked just in case!! |

Wow, Spring, that's impressive. I haven't noticed anything so dramatic. Maybe I should up my dose. I've been taking one tsp in grapefruit juice in the AM. Maybe I should try a second dose. |

I really think taking the higher amount is why I am having quicker results. There is no doubt in my mind that I feel better than anyone on my street!! No one has any promises about tomorrow, of course, but I'm making the most of every single moment of this wonderful feeling that Trehalose has given me. And another note: My hair and fingernails/toenails are growing like crazy! In about two days I will have taken my first container....... The value of what it has done for me is far greater than the price I paid. Just peanuts by comparison. And that has nothing to do with what I am seeing with my eyes! |

Spring,
Well, you are experiencing much more than I would have thought from basically a sugar substitute (but obviously it's so much more). That is really great. I hope you report more physical improvements.
I find if I take it say after 1PM (that's the second dose of less than a teaspoon) I'm a little too jazzed at night no matter what sleep supplements I take. I've been taking it in water with a few drops of lemon essential oil in the AM.
You mentioned I believe that you were taking it in honey, was this right? Might that have something to do with it. Maybe it gets into your system faster? I don't know. I'm a work in progress with this as we all are right now.
This is probably the start of my second week with TC. How long have you been taking it, anyway?

Joy, I have been taking it with either lemon or grapefruit, and this morning I tried lime juice. Nothing else. I was going out today, so I went ahead and took my second teaspoon before I left, which was around 12:30 PM. I think I am going to start doing that every day. I had been taking it at about 3:30. To tell you the truth, I think I would do just fine taking the whole two teaspoons in the morning if I thought it was keeping me awake at night! I have been taking it a little over a month. I don't remember the exact date I started. It was a little while before taxes were due, I remember that!! Yes, this is all new territory, except for the fact that we have been eating Trehalose all our lives! |

When I fail to find the quercetin content of another supplement, I let one hour pass after taking TC, then I presume I'm secure. |

Even when I was taking 400 mgs. of quercetin, I only waited that long, so I don't know why it wouldn't be fine.... |
