Quoted from Chloe
Today was day #6 on TC.  What I'm noticing is a feeling of more strength in my body...maybe its increased stamina, but also mentally, I feel a lot of determination to get daily exercise.  I'm sleeping very deeply for 8-9 hours, but I was sleeping deeply prior to taking TC.  i also take 9 mg of melatonin before bed and wake right up without feeling groggy, so I know it's not too high a dose.  I used to
wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep.  That never happens now.

Is the dose supposed to be divided? (I should have read the container for info).  Just taking 1/2 tsp
of each so far (ARA6 + TC) and don't know if I need more or want to risk taking too much too soon.
For now, this feels like the correct dose.

Anyone ever do muscle testing to see if a supplement or food is good for your body or not?  When I
muscle test the two containers, I become incredibly strong....Individually, I'm not very strong on
ARA 6 but when I hold both containers together or test my glass already filled with both formulas
plus lemon juice, I am SO strong it's ridiculous.  The body always knows what it wants and needs.
Trusting myself!

As for buying trehalose separately.  I have a container from Swanson's....I use it to splash on my
face after I wash it....(add water to 1/2 tsp of T and let it dry on my skin).  I've tasted a bit of it....just to see what it tastes like but I haven't used it instead of TC as a supplement.

please can you tell me more about that "muscle test"?

Have you tried muscle testing TC versus Swanson's Trehalose?

i was wondering if TC and ARA6 together may help with amenorrhea and weakness.
anyway today it's the first day i've taken both, twice.

That's how I was taking it before Dr. D came up with Membrosia Complex. I don't notice a great difference  now with going the MC route, but I recommend it because I believe it's more synergistic and optimally formulated. And I would say the results for me have been more of a cognitive nature.  My physical state has improved significantly, but primarily before starting TC & ARA6, so I've always felt it was from adherence to the diet including targeted supplementation.

Adam.. Well, it's not recommended by my SWAMI, so I think I'll pass.  I tried it twice and, although at first I was kinda wowed by it, eventually I just didn't feel right on it.  I tends to "key up" my system a bit more than I like.

If ever something is not recomended as better than Neutral I would not go near it..

I learned to trust the ratings.. I save hundreds if not thousands over the years when I learned to trust DR D.

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Trehalose complex was released after the current release of SWAMI Xpress.

To my knowledge SWAMI Xpress has not been updated to to include trehalose complex.

So I would not consider the non recommendation of trehalose complex as an indication to not use (or to use) trehalose complex.

No product is going to work well for everyone.

But this product has worked well for everyone in my family, particularly my mother (type O).

I've been taking the Trehalose Complex nearly a year?  I started out with small doses as the called for dose gave me a headache, and then I read about building up.  That worked good for me.  I also took the ARA6 with it.  Started with it first thing in the morning and then again at bedtime.  The last few months my supply has dwindled and I wasn't able to reorder as soon as I wanted, so I cut it back to 1/2  tsp. in the morning only.  I have an order on route, so am looking forward to getting back to a higher dosage.

As to more eneregy,  I think so, but can't say it was a wow increase.  I feel it helps so will continue to take it.

thank you so much!
reading about your experiences is very helpful.
so, after the first day i felt a bit of headache  after a while i took them with warm water and lemon but, more significantly i felt a lot of mucus during the night...
well, in trust, all night long i spit and i had a lot of mucus into the nose and the throat.
even now but a bit less.
so...i don't know. could it be a reaction to TC-ARA6?
if so, a good sign or not?

TC is designed to initiate cellular housecleaning, so all of these symptoms could be related to that...  I would continue to take it for several days at least and see if the symptoms get worse or better...  If they get worse, you may need to reduce the dose some to allow the body to catch up with the cleaning.
If it continues to get worse after a dosage reduction, then it is possibly a bad reaction rather than a good one...

In the beginning I could take no more than 1/2 a teaspoon once daily. A larget dosage was giving me a bizarre feeling, as if I was on some drug, and I simply couldn't function. It took me MANY months to reach the dosage of 1 teaspoon daily. I'd think that even to cut to a 1/4 of a tsp in the beginning would be worth while. It's such a marvelous supp.

Well I ordered some... I had to decide between this and the new El Dorado.  And Since Guarana sounds scary to me still since I get HYPED so easily, I thought I'd go with this to start.

I'm not really having too much trouble with fatigue anymore due to following the Swami really closely, and I do take amino acids that help my brain immensely.. a combo of DL-phenylalanine, Tyrosine and L-Glutamine, and then a low does of L-Tryptophan at night.

But I'm excited to try this Trehalose for many other reasons!  Hope to really feel a difference and report soon!
