If you're limiting sugars in your diet, and eating lots of garlic, but still have yeast problems, then something else is going on. I've read that candida surrounds mercury and protects against mercury damage when people have too much mercury in their systems; if this is the case in your body, then getting rid of the candida without getting rid of mercury would only cause you more problems. That may be why your body is hanging onto the candida, in spite of the discomfort the candida is causing.

I don't know for a fact that mercury is your problem; I only know that mercury can cause resistant candida problems. Other things might also cause this problem. The point I'm making is simply that candida may be a symptom, not a cause, and you need to get to the cause to eliminate the problem.

saw a differant type of de today. it was rounded and reminded me of cat litter. i use a white powder type that is specifed for the destuction of "soft bodied organisims". i lost three goats this year when i stoped using it for a bit and by the time i cuaght it it they were to infested for even the ugard (heavy chemical) to kill. getting the 50lb bag this year and am not going to let that happen again!
i have had my own test on this. had a bad horn worm the first year i started buying de. threw some right in the face of one worm (i was really put out by then). the next day the worm was exsactly where i had seen it last. at first i was mad and then i relized it letteraly had not moved. on closer inspection i relized it had mummified after getting a big mouthfull of the stuff!
last time i got a small bag of this type they only had one bag left. aperntly some guys dr told him to take it for himself and he had been buying it up and putting it in his food. (the same stuff i am using)

I, too, eat raw garlic every day and still have candida...working with my Kinesiologist to get rid of it. I started taking DE quite a few months ago, within a few days, my insomnia was gone and I didn't feel quite so irritated and anxious all the time...so it must've had some good effects on my system! Only your own body can tell you if it's doing something to your health, everyone is different!
