I have been taking the Glycoscia and Cortiguard now for 2 weeks.  Ever since then I have been experiencing upset stomach, cramps and flatulence.   Has anyone else experience similar symptoms taking these supplements??  Do they go away??  Does it get better??

Also I have the Protein Blend powder A.  Does anyone have any suggestions on making it taste better??  I've tried blending it with juice in a blender, making smooties, and adding extra flavorful juices to both and it still tastes yucky!

Your body might be undergoing detox.  You could just try one supplement at a time then introduce the other one back in again later.

I mix my Protein Blend powder B with Now Whey Protein Isolate, carob powder & noni juice.  You can add juice to enhance the flavor.

Ky--did you call D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition? Not only do they sell stuff but they also will help you figure out how best to use the protein powder.

Call and ask for Nancy she has helped many of my friends.

The protein powder is not sweet at all. Many people put it in pineapple juice and let it soak over night or for a bit before using.

I just stir the protein powder up in some apple sauce and eat it with a spoon. Afterwards I have some type of liquid to drink.
