Shots- went from cyno only a few before I realized wasn't optimum.
Metho shots- over kill. Couldn't regulate very well. Made me too wound up. Got carried away even. Caps never worked very well for me. Tried dadamo multi for O's I believe it was. Didn't notice a diff.

be any better for this O nonnie? Anyone have anything better in a spray or drops? I like what B12 supplementation does for sleep, carb digestion and energy.
Maybe I should start eating beef again and forget supps? Been awhile. Have gradually added turkey and chicken back in after a hiatus from any kinds of meats besides fish. In other words fish and seafood the only meat source for about 18 months.
