Have taken intrinsa now for about ten days, twice a day, for diverticulitis. Have had almost no pain in the side, yeah! Once it flared after too many carbs and spices. Can anyone tell me how long I should take it? I think I will go to once a day soon, but should I stop it totally for a week or so at the end of a month? Seems like the ingredients are natural so maybe I should continue it nonstop. What do you think? Also, in the late late night or early early morning, I am taking a half teaspoon of glutamine powder in water. Is that something that should not be continued on a daily basis? Thanks, all. And Merry Christmas to you all! |

revise the protocols online.....pick and choose, alternate for the time span mentioned........rest in between protocols remember these are all nutriceuticals not pharma stuff.....diet and lifestyle are key for success |

For the first bottle, I took 4 a day. On the second bottle now and I take 2 daily. I don't have diverticulitis, other issues, but I will continue to take forever because of its amazing benefits. Because they wanted to operate, I would think that your colon needs deep healing. You make have soothed the top layer but much more healing needed deep within past the actual colon lining. I will finish up the glutamine that I have, but always take Intrinsia. |

I would not hesitate to use it non-stop for quite a few weeks, if dealing with diverticulitis. You can always take a break if you wish, but get that healing going strong first. I agree to take fewer capsules after a while.
My breaks are shorter with something like Intrinsia, maybe one week every two to three months. I'd do ARA6 daily also. |

A feeling of calmness, 75% of our lymph system is wrapped around our gut. If we have any type of dis-ease, dis-comfort, in our hepato-digestive systems, much pain, bloating. The Intrinsia calms it all down. Healing must go through different layers of our various organs. I have had enough trauma to my physical body ie : gallbladder surgery and my Explorer body attempting to rebalance itself, that for me, I feel the need to take Intrinsia for an indefinite amount of time. Also, lots of white lines and it could take up to two years for the gut to heal. And then of course there are the times when old injuries resurface at various times when healing and you never know when they will strike.
I certainly know that for myself, each day I try to practice patience and appreciation because lately there's been a lot of old symptoms resurfacing. I was encouraged by someone's post who said that every so often the injured ribs from 15-16 years ago resurfaces at various times, but to a lesser intensity. |
