I was wondering if anyone takes Glycoscia to stop food/carb cravings?

Yes, I took it for 4 months and did not feel like part of me was looking for food all the time. Took it when I thought I was a Gatherer before I did SWAMI and continued for a bit as an Explorer. If I ever had weight issues and/or blood sugar problems which I now don't have, I would definitely add it back into my diet.

I'm sort of wondering the same thing as the thread-starter.  I ordered the Type A Weight Loss Pack, and Glycoscia was part of it.  I have to say that I'm not a fan of Glycoscia mainly because, when I burp, the aftertaste is horrible.  Did anyone else experience this?  Or anyone else here tried it and decided they weren't a fan of Glycoscia either?

What really is the purpose of Glycoscia?  It says "to maintain healthy blood sugar levels and enhance metabolism naturally."  Personally, I'm not feeling any drop in my blood sugar levels and my metabolism is riding pretty high these days.  My diet is reduced in calories and I'm exercising, just as the pamphlet that came with the Weight Loss Pack instructed, and also as my SWAMI is instructing, too.

I'm currently setting it aside and not taking it.  But, I still wonder, am I missing anything vital by not taking it?

Adam are you taking it on an empty stomach?
