tried this mix since yesterday and I feel fine, no more hot flashes, nor moodies nor typical menopausal symptoms... great... I feel good....

Gave a try to + - all recommended AB-menopausal aids but nothing has worked in reality since decades....

another proof of fuzzyness of being an explorer....

btw... still have bladder achings but not even petasites helped, nor did white willow all in all I think I'm too much under pressure...so far better to slow down with work and perhaps does my body try to make me understand....

Amazone - did you make a tea with this in equal portions? I know red clover is a great blood purifier and there is a booklet out on it about how great it is for hormones. Your mix sounds like something I'd like to do. Yes, fuzzyness of Explorerhood! lol
What gets me going is that one day something is great and the next, not. Anyhow, I'm doing a lot of experimenting and logging it all. Finally seeing a few patterns that work for me. No gallbladder a big problem, but I'm seeing some positive results. Yay!

dearest Diane,
no I took the supplement in capsule forms (orthomolecular amounts )....... plants don't bother me that much, not even in the amounts... only chemical bombs do harm my system and I'd like to be as all the others, able to swallow all you can immagine
but nope.... this is one of the biggest challenges for us.... and nearly no-one of the white coated will trust us....

ahem ouch no gallbladder....   do you take enzymes then

For a few years after the surgery, I took bile salts with every meal that contained fat. One if a snack, 2 for a meal. This helped but then I intuitively felt that I was done with it and it was doing more harm than good. I should look into a different enzyme because the one that I have has HCL in it as well as pancreatin that is pork based. I do need something to help with the meat. Considering culturing veggies again. So many things to do and not enough time!

Would please p.m. me the product that you mention?
Thanks a lot, appreciate it!
