I have searched and searched for an answer to my question, to no avail.  So here it is:  I understand that I should avoid barley grain because I am a Type O.  But what about the barley drinks?  I bought one that is called BarleyMax without alfalfa.  It is made from the LEAVES of the barley plant.  Is this OK for Type O's???

Well, I see that Harmonia for type O has barley grass leaf juice powder in it--same as the BarleyMax I just bought.  So that answers my question.  Thanks for pointing me to this supplement.

compare ingredients in both and decide which has no additives added to the mix
or has more greens in the mix

I am asking the same question about hemp powder.  Is it ok for O's?  Could not find it in my book.

hemp seeds were listed good for hunters so it is porbly ok. gathers not so good. i am gussing it has to do with the extra fats of the hemp that gathers just don't need   and hunters usualy do.

nothing to do? who has that!?

thanks, good.  I am eating about a heaping tablespoon in my smoothy daily.  Am thinking of adding to other things, but the green color might be a bit disconcerting....ha
