If iit is Betaestradiol, Isa I use it since 2001 together with Lutenyl Progesterone , as my ovaries have genetically shut down in my first tow years of life as a toddler. (Turner Syndrome) I was a rather healthy gal before and I am now , May be I am a KG or 2 more , but stlll thin. I am guessing that my liver is processing always quicker these drugs as gluten free and now used to them, I think I have a very low dosage of Bestradiol and progesterone in my blood, and the drugs dose is the s lowest 25 micrograms. The first effect was to sleep deeper not a lot more but deeper with this therapy. Energy, mood  and so on good. No bloating or anything like that.
Hope it helps, though in my case I started with no hormones at all before therapy.

no patches - get hormones made for you..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

That is the way to go; a compounding pharmacist.  My wife used the Creighton Model, NatPro Technoology approach.  Very interesting approach - it is one of the modalities that should be studied through the Genetic/Epigenetic understanding to better the results.

We met a type A Educator in that system who ate a macrobiotic diet into her nineties.

My weight loss goal: 220 lbs.  A 6'4" dyslexic oddball: the size of a line-backer, the silhouette of Winnie-the-Pooh.

Paul-is this modality available through one's doctor; if not is there a directory of individual's who are trained to do this? I'm interested in finding out more. Thanks.
