thought for longnger lives ... Resveratrol and salvestroles do interact in ca-therapies for apoptose....so far usable as a bioidentical anticancer supplement...

then I saw something about Sirt 5 Cytochrom C, histon H4,p53...are explorer related to those interactions as well   sorry for my ignorance ...and thanx for your reply...

Just curious. How much resveratrol would you personally recommend a day for a good hormetic response, Dr? Should people even take it everyday? I read somewhere that there were potential long-term side effects.
