Has anyone heard of Phosphatidylserine Cream to repair cortisol receptors? (Again, a question from my husband who is a Type A non-secretor). Thank you!  I searched the forum, but nothing popped up.

Isn't that for older people or just eat chicken with the skin on it., why not try some of the anti stress protocol
BLOOD GROUP A
Aromastat (Chamomile: Matricaria recutita), standardized to 1.2% Apigenin: 225 mg, 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily
Cortiguard (Bacopa monnieri): 100 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
Tranquility Base (L-Theanine): 150 mg, 1-2 capsules, twice daily
