I would some opinions and feedback on using larch powder...

Do you take it regularly?

Would anyone like to share why they're using it and the benefits they've experienced?

Do you start out slowly?

Can you take too much?

Thanks...

My husband says he feels better when taking it and seems more mentally alert............just a feeling he has but can't really pinpoint whether it is psychological or what.  He takes a heaping teaspoon once a day.

I take one teaspoonful twice a day.  I just feel it's good for the gut and that's what I tell the doctor when he asks.

Can you please explain what you mean?  I'm confused by your suggestion of taking Intrinsa..
For what?  I'm not particularly speaking about any personal digestive issue...Just wanted
to learn more about Larch and it's function.  I can't remember where I originally read something
about larch on this site. Was hoping for a link.

So, does larch have side effects if you take too much too quickly?

how are those who take it incorporate it into their day?  Empty stomach?  Mixed in smoothies?
Taken with any other supplements? Start slowly.... maybe with what amount?....increase to what amount?

Andrea....I'm taking Gastro D for 3 months as you suggested...I also take Genoma Security.

How does Intrinsa fit into this? (I wonder if you meant to write something else)

I'm just confused about a supplement like larch that would help all blood types.  And was
hoping people who were taking it for a specific health issue could share how it's helped them.
In what ways.....?

Whew....

Intrinsa contains larch along with magnesium, Butyric Acid and Caprylic Acid.

I use ARA 6 in smoothies.

I vary dose based on my need for immune support.

I used to take echinacea, I now use ARA 6 instead.

Thanks....What's the smallest amount to take vs. the largest amount?

I just need a range....And is it taken every day?

One of the best protocols for digestion is... gastro D... deflect.... intrinisa and live cell...

then once you are done start the polyflora..

Kill the bad guys and then put in the good guys.

i did not misunderstand, I like the balance of the Intrinsia better then the straight larch.

Other companies sell larch but none is of the grade of Dr. D

He calls it pixie dust...

I do not take ARA 6 everyday.

Smallest amount is 1/4 teaspoon. Largest amount is two tablespoons.

I have a jar of ARA 6 in the cupboard, but it is unopened. I'm already taking so many other supps that I can't bring myself to add one more in, and I, too, am unsure about what it will do for me. It came in a pack with other supps that I ordered from NAP...

If you want to increase the effectiveness of your polyflora (or if it is already effective-cut its dose) then you want to take ARA 6.

Taking ARA 6 should significantly increased levels of the beneficial bacteria such as  Lactobacillus.

ARA 6 also has immune modulating activity BY stimulate natural killer (NK) cells.

This helps reduce infections and prevent the formation of cancers.

As noted above it also helps with a variety of digestive disorders.
