My grandfather who I am a lot alike had kidney issues as a child and ate some root... fixed for life.

The healthier I am eating the more I experience clear pee for no apparent reason. It goes to the point to dehydrate me and my cardiovascular system feels like c**p after (not hurt but dried up veins feel weird).

This happens if I drunk green tea pretty easily, or if I get enough protein to keep myself nice and stable (been getting a lot more, no more crashes in the middle of the night, much more stable mood all the way to positive).

I guess they treat it with lithium sometimes, but then they put the people on diuretics and weird stuff...

Anyways despite the name this is not associated with Diabetes type 1 or 2 in particular. It is not a blood sugar thing per say. (although eating a lot of food slows it down a little).

It is frustrating to get the right amount of protein but have this happen. as I reflect I have experienced it before, and it is hereditary, passed through mothers from grandpas to grand children (may effect boys more often, or be hereditary in that way).

the true insip. always is all about shock systems... the info might have been given by ancestors... even here I'm asking myselve if this assumption might be truth!

Perhaps would it been more then beneficial to give up your point of *being a victim* as a4 in the enneagram... and take the improoving way to implement numer 1 instead ...

perhaps  does here lay your true response to all your questions... or even the reverse...when no 1 goes to no 4 in the enneagram it is meant to have taken the desintegrative way...

I'm really not sure about your type... sorry I apologize...
but I'm sure your true problem is in your believe-system...

Probably not what you are looking for but you could talk to your Dr. about this if interested. I'm not making a specific recommendation and don't know jack about it.

Pantothenic acid seems to be fixing my over-urination that occurred from some things. In fact everything seems to be changing with it.
