SWAMI rates chamomile as a black dot, but it is very good for me in the GenoType Diet (Hunter).

I want to order Aromastat from NAP, but it contains chamomile. Can I order this or does SWAMI get the final say in the matter?

SWAMI over-rides values in any of the printed books. That's the whole point of having a personalized comptuer-generated food list!!!

As for this specific supplement, give DPN/NAP a call or an email and ask. The fact that camomile is a black dot, not an outright avoid, may make a difference.

Hi, My Swami actually recommends Aromastat I have already taken one bottle but only took it on occasions as i didn't really understand what it was trying to do, i was and am also taking genoma EQ - my interesting it relates to benign prostate hydroplasia.

I'm not sure if swami is recommending it specifically y for an increase in muscle mass or the BPH.

any thoughts?

I ordered a new bottle of the stuff a few days ago along with a lot of other supps -

previously i was taking just 1/4 of the recommended dose of polyvite, polyflora, phytocal and so on.

now i'm taking the full amount of them all for a months to see how i feel.

I have also upped the amount Emily is having from 1/4 of a capsule to 1/2 a capsule each day but not everyday yet. eventually i will up her amounts to one capsule a day of each polyvite, phytocal and polyflora. probably from November on wards give or take a month.

i am however taking the full recommended amounts of the following

intrinsa, sciensa, genoma security and genoma eq
