Recently I opened up a bottle of "liver support" tincture. I searched for the ingredients on my SWAMI but could not find any of them. I did likewise on the Typebase and again they're not listed. How do I know if the tincture is compliant?

The herbs in the ingredient list are: milk thistle, burdock root, barberry bark, goldenseal root and bupleurum root.

Does your SWAMI list any suggested supplements at the end? Go through all the supplements, and see what herbs are in the ingredients. If an herb is listed anywhere, as part of any product Dr D reccomends for you (even if it's for a protocol you're not using or is designed to treat a condition you don't currently have) then I would assume it's safe for you. If you don't have that list, see what products are listed for your blood type, genotype, and "good for all types."
