Can I say it???? CAN I SAY IT????? Can I say I'm finally killing the "CANDY - DAH " ( Lola is going to swoop down like a hawk and scold me for this)....and that blessed OLIVE LEAF was my chosen instrument of vengeance!! DIE, yeast, DIE!!!
OMG..I thought I would go into a binge/vomit .tonight...cos I had fuzzy teeth cos I forgot to brush, and my tongue got all coated, .but Olive Leaf for the last 3 days gave me a fighting chance and Listerine as much as I need at any given point....followed by a meal, and I'm suddenly like:
"I'm NORMAL NOW ! The feeling and compulsion totally went away!!"
I am down on my knees thanking God!
I'm noticing the spores like to migrate around the body and though Im not sure how fast they bud, I do know that if you allow them to build up in any one area, they will do as bad bacteria do and send out chemical signals to one another -- their version of "talking" and holding a group meeting. Bacteria do this before an infection starts. Like, "c'mon guys its time to do damage!"
You don't know how many times I've walked into the supermarket with loaves of bread practically jumping out at me saying "we're coming to get you and there's nothing you can do about it to stop this binge!" when in reality? It was the YEAST talking to ITSELF and threatening ME!!! Now I am punching the yeast in the face because my "Town Hall Meeting" Dr. D. talks about can finally take a stand!
20 years ago crisis intervention teams thought bulimia was just another psychological/emotional problem of the sufferer.
Today it's time to tell all the researchers that there are still bulimics out there who haven't been able to stop and who want to stop for good -- and that its time to HOLD YEAST ACCOUNTABLE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! |

Congrats, Seraffa! Candida causes some crazy symptoms, doesn't it? People who do not know much about candida would not believe that it caused a learning disability for me... and now, your bulemia!
I am SO happy for you!
Just make sure you follow the BTD/GTD as much as you can. This is especially important while your body is healing. It does not have the time or energy to process avoids. Also, try and keep your BTD/GTD on the low carb/high protein side. I know being type A it is a bit tougher but give it a shot.
I had to pack my sweet potato-cheese with mushroom casserole away for now. Sweet potato is high starch (meaning sugar) and will feed the candida. The cheese and mushrooms were cooked for long periods of time so it should not matter as much but I am trying to stay away from any sweet stuff that might feed candida.
Congrats, again!!! |

I've been taking Olive Leaf extract for years and years. But not for the same reason as you. It's a good anti-microbial and for my chronic Lyme it's been helpful. It also lowers blood sugar if I've eaten a lot of grains.... http://users.rcn.com/wussery/olive1.htmlI agree with PP that your body can't process eating toxins or avoids when you're trying to heal from candida. I'm glad you found something that helps you. |

I underwent an emotional detox while going through the candida cleanse. I read that physical deoxes can trigger emotional ones. Congratulations! Your statement below really resonated with me. While I do not have addictions, per se, I did a lot of emotional/spiritual/mental work. I know my aura and energy read much differently even from a month and half ago. Continue on on this journey and truly live the life you were meant to live! Hugs!!!
