Substances that are not rated under the blood type system can be assumed to be neutral.

Both Goji and Chia are rated in the more recent food rating systems (GenoType and SWAMI).

Maca is more often used as a supplement rather than as a food.  All the rating systems are primarily designed for foods rather than supplements.
