Is it possible please to briefly share what this book suggests you do?! Ta
She recommends what she calls a "lotion mask". Basically using toner on a special type of cotton and then leaving on your face for 3 minutes. This allows your skin to soak up all of the product deeply. That one tip has greatly improved everything, like lines, suppleness, etc. This is what I use: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UZF5YGShe also says that facial/neck skin needs a break once per week. She calls it skin fasting. Meaning using no products at all for 24 hours. Just rinse with water. This gives your face a break from a constant barrage of products. I'm actually skin fasting today. I do it every Monday. I love her book. Totally real and no-nonsense tips! Lots of great stuff. |

I recently read a really slack face is caused by a loss of HGH and testosterone. Topical treatments help but the real cause of looking older is probably linked to hormonal decline. |

i skiped the rest of this so some one may already have mentioned rose hip oil. they use it in alot of the anti aging/wrinkle creames. it is used to firm up skin and reduse age spots. it is not cheap but i think would help both the wrinkles and the dry skin if you use it pure. |

I just found what may be the most amazing wrinkle removing product I've ever heard of. It's homeopathic and works on the energy fields instead of on the physical skin. It is called Ageless Secret Gold: http://agelesssecret.com/Look at the befores and afters, really makes you think!! We've been told that wrinkles are caused from stuff we either do or don't do to our skin- the physical aging process more or less. What if there's a lot more to it than that? In my most recent drivers picture I have no lines whatsoever from a very careful skincare regime yet don't think I actually look younger! |

Retin-a, sunscreen, TCA peels and exercise! OP is an A so you need to exercise more moderately but definitely do something cardiovascular; you need to to raise your HGH levels. Fasting is good for this also. I've had great success the last year and a half with a DIY face exerciser called the Tua Trend. I have used both the Tua Viso and Tua Trend; currently I use the TT. I was accused of having a threaded face lift at work, for real! http://www.tinarichards.com/A fabulous $300 purchase, worth every penny!
Hi again (sent you a PM). This sounds very interesting.. have you had more success with this than the other products I wrote you about or do you feel it is everything combined? I like this better than doing hand exercises stretching the thin facial skin.. (that scares me!!) |

i'm a badly aged Hunter; I went on a mission to smooth my skin a few years ago and this is what I came up with:
Retin-a, purchase from All Day Chemist or Medsmex
the prices between All Day and Medsmex are shockingly different! Makes me wonder if All Day is selling an authentic product..
have you purchased from both Sahara? or??? |

I've been doing standard/conventional physical based treatments for wrinkles for about the last year and a half. Haven't used the Ageless Secret product but it is verrry interesting and really calls in to question everything we have been told about aging. You just spray it on and your wrinkles start to disappear yet the product contains no active ingredients whatsoever. |

I hope someone tries it. I am a total sucker for the new "miracle" cream. My skin is so blah. I have tried a few creams and haven't found one that works great. I found my diet change worked better than most creams in the past. Plus, I have total old lady hands! Most people guess I am younger than what I am but when they see my hands that a whole other story. |

Am I the only one who finds nothing impressive on that website? The products tm don't list ingredients, and the photos are not that great either I reallly wanted to get on board with it - the idea of a product working with your skins energy field may sound woo-woo to some, but I love that idea lol! |

I'm going to a cosmetic surgeon today to ask what products will help these fine wrinkles under my eyes because I don't have the money for surgery.. so I'm going to ask about TCA peels, retin a, etc.
the consultation is free and whenever I get the money, I'd like to do it, but in the meantime.... |

I think the pictures are quite impressive. I have been doing standard physical based wrinkle reversal for over a year and I still look 40. The point of ASG is that it's not just about removing lines from your face but re-energizing your aura so you look younger. Very woo- woo I know but I'm open to that type of belief. There's a whole thread discussing it on Essential Day Spa: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=39478In comparison to the totally natural oldies check out Cindy Crawfords botoxed & filler filled face! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/fem.....osmetic-surgery.html |
