One of the ingredients in Gastro D is seaweed kelp. Gastro D is supposed to be okay for all types, but my Swami says that "kelp" is an avoid. Should I continue taking it?
I have had abdominal bloating and am finding constipation an issue since starting Gastro D. I had to take more magnesium to get things going.
Is this supplement really right for all types? Not sure what to do.
