Hi, All!
I am back. I had fallen off the GTD due to carpal tunnel issues (could not cook or do anything) and visiting family (non-compliant foods!).
I was feeling sluggish and very nasty so I started the GTD again. I am still detoxing so I am experiencing fatigue, hot flashes, and sweating (same symptoms when I first did BTD/GTD). I am 100% compliant and going cold turkey into this.
I am waiting for my first order of Deflect to arrive. I noticed that some people wrote about experiencing low blood sugar type symptoms, etc. Did others notice other symptoms? Also, any advice on taking Deflect for maximum benefit?
I know that detoxing takes a whole lot of energy and that is why one would feel fatigued, etc. I am in school and just trying to prepare for possible symptoms so I can work out my schedule. If I have knowledge of the symptoms in advance, at least I can prepare for it.
The GTD helped with my vitamin D deficiency issue. I am due to see my doc this week but I know the deficiency has eased up. When the deficiency was going strong, my appetite was crazy - I was eating double the portion. My vitamin D levels are better and with the GTD, my appetite has returned to "normal" as of this week. I still need to lose the extra weight from the deficiency and steroids (my doctor tried to justify my weight gain from medication by saying I was underweight to begin with and the meds "helped" me). I am working out in the meantime and hope that Deflect will also help me with the weight issue (my body does not feel like my own since the weight gain).
Thanks in advance!!! |

Thanks! I already took the quiz before purchasing Deflect.
My main motive for Deflect is to scrub all the inflammatory agents out of my body. I know that my weight will go down eventually. Doctors would tell me my current weight is "average" so weight is not a major issue. I am just sick of getting sick and want to improve my health. |

I've had really good experience with taking two Deflect right before bed (on an empty stomach). This way the Deflect works on lectins already in your system (I think of it as stored baddies from years gone by). The other way to take Deflect is just before and just after you've ingested avoids, though I think avoiding the avoids in the first place is a better choice. For maximum effect, I'd do both. |

Thank you!
I am only eating diamonds for now. I had some crackers recently (avoids) and ended up with very bad acid heartburn for a few hours! I am suspecting my gut is very unhappy and sensitive these days.
I was just concerned regarding Deflect because people wrote about experiencing low blood sugar type symptoms, etc. I am okay with those symptoms but need to plan ahead so my schoolwork will not be affected.
Thanks for the tips! |
