I just looked it up and so know very little about it. I have no doubt that it would benefit some individuals in specific situations but would look towards treating your situation via the BTD protocols first. |

faithandjoy4, I had an IgG blood food allergy/sensitivity test done one year ago. I followed the elimination/then add back after 60-90 days system. This test was ordered for me by a ND that is IFHI. It pretty much followed the BTD/GTD for A/teacher! Very interesting! There were some differences that I struggled with but after 2-3 months of rotating my foods (which I never did) I started losing weight, feeling better and was able to be more compliant with my GTD!! I learned what set off my sinus problems (besides the environmental triggers) which was why I did this in the first place. It might not help anyone else but it made a difference for me! |

Emily has at least a few IGg reactions, but they where avoids on the BTD anyway.
I did research this quiet a bit and would suggest that if anyone does this they get a reaction test first usually cost about 20 and it tells you whether you have any igg at all, if you do then go for the more detailed 200 ish test and you usually get the initial test fee refunded.
if you can afford it get it done basically, but the results will change as you heal your stomach and it may be relevant together test done several times later. so it could be expensive if you do it right. |
