After my recent very severe reaction to some facial products, I was wondering which of Dr D's products may be best for adrenal support.  Anyone have any results to report?  I was asking my bioidentical hormone doc today what he recommended for these reactions, that I seem to have, that others don't have.  He advised some adrenal support and I would rather use only Dr D products.  Lord knows my adrenals have to be exhausted.  It has been a crazy, whirlwind 6 years for me.

you will need to lower your sugar intake.....

suppresses immune system function.....check out the food lists given in that book, if you are not yet following GTD and do not possess a swami
