Have you tried taking them with food?! Some people find B Vitamins &/or zinc too much on an empty (or relatively empty) stomach.. It can make them nauseous & that lack of energy feeling could be a reaction to that feeling??!!

I also take B-complex 50 mg each morning.  It definitely gives me energy.

I take NAP's Methyl 12 Plus from time to time to help me wind down and have a good night's sleep. It does not make me wide awake even if I take it at bed time. I read that it regulates melatonin production. Works every time for me! Also, when I am on my nerves, it helps to calm me down.

I take a very heavy B-complex (B-100) 30 min. before exercising.

A great strategy to supercharge a hunter's glutathione for detoxification during exercise.
