Here's what I'm taking at the moment (all tablets - one a day):
Sage (Menoforce) Cold pressed unrefined flax oil Probio-daily Vitamin B-complex North Atlantic Kelp Milk thistle
Which ones should I take together and when should I take them - mornings or evenings?
Thanks |

My approach is to always take probiotics either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or right before bed.
I take all my herbs on a somewhat empty stomach, away from food.
I take all vitamins and minerals with meals. I like to take them at the beginning of my meal because if I take them at the end, I can sometimes burp the taste of them for a while afterward. |

My Swami recommends the Basic Type A Pack, the Explorer GT 3 Pack and the Weight Loss Pack for Type A. I have been taking the Basic Type A Pack supplements. But to get optimal benefit, should I take all these recommended supplements together?

I bought all sorts of supps one at a time.. and then looked a second time only to see thatseveral with different names have the same stuff in them.. and I over did it. to the point of one or the other being to much..
so best maybe choose one and follow through for a while then re-enter info and switch..
Like I am really wanting to lose weight, but still nothing has worked so far,, losing weight would be the best for diabetes, so for now I am still sticking to that.. later I will switch , or as in my case later I will FINISH the supps I bought.. in addition and then I will switch.. we need to keep track not only of food but all ingredients,,treat them und us with respect.. THEY are meds! |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

Vivian: you could take all of them, if your budget allows. You do have an overlap of Deflect with the Basic A pack and the Weight Loss pack though. Read through all of the product descriptions and see if you're okay with all of the ingredients. I take all of those things for my bloodtype and genotype (or a version of) plus a few more for specific problems. I've always been a supplement taker and have really found that taking the ones specific for me (O / Gatherer) instead of just guessing, has been good.
If taking all is too much, just try one pack at a time (probably for at least a couple of months each) and see how you feel. See if one works better than the other or you could alternate months.
Just my thoughts. |

Vivian, try to incorporate in your daily health medicine routine the Multivitamin. Some of the health benefits to this multivitamin are boost to your overall wellbeing, additional energy to get through your day and support for the immune system. |
