This is a great thread.  I've bought magnesium oil and sprayed a little on my neck and got a surprise at the sting, good job I read on this thread that I just need to dilute with water.

I am guessing that all mag oil is not created equal.  I bought some relatively inexpensive stuff--Life Flo brand.
I can't tell yet whether it is making much difference after 14 days. I have been using mag oil daily and see uncertain but possible improvement.   I get severe twinges of pain in one leg, not always the same spot. Also, I have been treating a large freckle on my forehead. No changes yet.

Do I need

A. a  quality mag oil

B. treatment for varicose veins

C. patience  AKA tincture of time  ??
