I would suggest the day cream, for sure. When money is tight I just use the day cream and the genoma derma capsule. The natural ingredients are great for my skin. |

Just got my 5 piece skincare set a couple days ago. About all I can say for the cleanser, toner, day cream, and night cream is ':WOW'. I love what it does for my skin. The eye cream doesn't seem to work for me however, but I love the rest. Thank you. |

Hi Brenda! I haven't tried the mask...must be new. My fave is the daycream! I have noticed firmer skin, stronger nails and possibly fuller hair from the derma supp! |

Brenda.. I have my kit but haven't started using it yet. I didn't get the toner this time around.. but why doesn't the eye cream work for you? |

It didn't seem to help the puffiness in my eyes so I am still using my old eye cream. I'm not putting the eye cream down, it just didn't seem to work for me. It might work for others. We humans are different! |

well what i found helped the puffiness was getting my inflammation to go down by following the Gentotype Diet.. i.e. my Swami. Are you on one of the regimes..ie. BTD or GTD? |

I never used it because I really hate tissue off cleanser. I like to rinse my face with water and feel clean. |

Ok so I started my Genoma routine and i find the creams to be very light. I'm not used to this! ha ha... the last cream i was using was a natural cream but i was heavy compared to this.
Plus it takes much less than the two recommended pumps. Am i supposed to use two and just rub it in until it's gone to get the full benefit?
The eye cream is way too much to use in the 'one pump' - can I used that around my entire eye.. the lid and everything or?
also can i then move forward after the day cream to put on sun screen and then any makeup base I use from time to time...?
and one last thing.. if i work out mid day or mid afternoon.. do i then reapply the day cream or it one application per day enough?
thanks all! |

Yes, the cremes are very light compared to the usual natural creams on the market. I consider the Genoma line to be skin therapy and not just a bottle of oils and butters. I would say that it's fine to use whatever else is important to you as long as you use the Genoma products first and give them a minute to absorb. I use a fraction of what is recommended. No need to waste it, is my approach. I take some liberties with my own skin care regime. The only thing I wash my face with is Organic Coconut Oil, massaged in well and washed off with a damp, warm washcloth. At that point, my skin is already moisturized. I follow that with the Skin Toner, which I think is awesome. Then a drop of Emu oil and a drop of the Genoma Creme mixed in my palms and applied to my face. |

I bought the night and day cream on a whim and a few weeks later, I do see a difference in the tone and appearance of my face!
Love it! |

I wish I could afford some of the vitamins, but I just can't. They are pretty expensive for only a months supply. |
