I brought this thread up because I just read an article about how resveratrol might be hard on ones liver. I understand it helpful for Gatherers, but since WH is a hunter (swami) I wonder if I should still be giving it to him. I can't find it in the hunter sups, by nap. Any helpful info or thoughts about this sub and hunter Geno. |

Any helpful info or thoughts about this sub and hunter Geno.
And I just now read one that said it is good for the liver! Maybe the one you read had the resveratrol mixed up with the alcohol in wine!?!  |

That is possible, The Geno Book had us both a gatherers, I remember the resveratrol was to speed up metabolism. My books are all out right now, so I can't remember if there as another reason to take it. Since swami list him as hunter I wonder if it's still good for him? |
