Somebody said it would help with thyroiditis. Would it work for an Underactive Thyroid? |

I think the name "Supplement" indicates that it is a food, rather than pharmaceutical based...
The D'Adamo supplements may be food based**, but supplements bought other places may be derived from industrial waste rather from herbs or from things we would conventionally think of as foods. **I actually do not know what the source of Some D'Adamo ingredients are so this statement should not be used to indicate that they are all food based. |

Deflect is recommended for hypothyroid conditions. |

I'm glad I found this thread. I got some deflect & take it sparingly, but it seems to help.
I also notice that Martha(Dr. D's wife) takes it. I am sure she is compliant, so if she takes it, it must be good to take for those who do adhere to the diet.
The next time I order from NAP, I'll try to get some deflect. Too bad all these things cost more than many can afford. But, of course, keeping healthy is cheaper in the long run!!!!!!!!!! |

I get most of mine from Nature's Sunshine which has a list of Quality Assurance protocols for all of their raw materials. As does Life Extension Foundation |
