I found some place where they were discussing supplements in the past and then i lost it...but as far as I got i didn't see anything about anyone's experience with Deflect.
Has anyone used this product and had the white lines in their fingerprints lessen? I ordered it yesterday and i'm going to give it a try. |

WOW, Larry.... THAT is a very impressive testimony. I'm probably not taking enough Deflect! Only 2 per day. I'm going to take more. Do you take it on an empty stomach or with meals? |

I don't have a white-line issue, but I do take Deflect every day just before bed. I've been eating especially bad the last few weeks, so I welcome all the help I can get to carry away those nasty lectins. |

Is there a beneficial accumulative effect from taking deflect everyday or would every few days work just as well? I don't think i'm asking this correctly. Could someone interpret me please. |

There are two two common approaches to taking Deflect: As an emergency aid for reducing the effects of having eaten the wrong foods that day. In this case one takes Deflect only when one needs it. The other approach is to take Deflect to improve health after a lifetime of eating incorrectly. The later approach helps deal with: - Insulin Resistance
- Leaky Gut
- Thyroiditis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Scleroderma
- Fibromyalgia
- Pemphigus
- Other Auto-Immune Diseases
If you are taking Deflect to help deal with ongoing health concerns, I would think you would be better off not skipping days. |

Drea you're supposed to take it with your largest meal. How can it do anything if you take it at bedtime? |

Hmmm, I thought that taking Deflect with a meal helps the lectins eaten at that meal, but taking it away from food helps with stored lectins. I'll look into this theory better. Thanks for pointing this out. |

I take Deflect an hour before meals....I don't regularly eat avoids, but I thought it was supposed to "undo" lectin damage if used this way. |

The directions on the bottle says to take 2 capsules, 2-3 times per day with meals . . . for lectin-sensitive individuals.

So sometimes you take it with meals and sometimes you take it between meals. Is that the consensus?
Hey Larry....So what other things have you noticed about your health since the white lines are gone? Did they disappear within a couple of years or longer? |

It says that on the bottle.. I didn't know about lectins being stored? We store them? Let me know what you find out.. |

Thanks!
Does that mean if I want to use it for arthritis and lectin damage I have to take 2 between meals and 2 with meals?? Or, do you think the two I take before meals will still work on the lectins?
I'm not an authority on Deflect....I merely went to look at the health protocols after reading about Deflect. The way I'm interpreting the need for using Deflect between meals is that for specific health issues, the causes for them might have been because of the diet you followed prior to the BTD. The improper food choices for your blood type gave you lectin damage in the first place. The blood type diet with it's avoidance of harmful lectins should slowly help heal that damage...Deflect is an "assist"..Probably the reason for using it between meals is that without food in the gut, Deflect can work on old damage. I think it's a slow process to heal old lectin damage..Following the BTD super carefully will also help rid the body of lectin damage but continuing to eat avoids will continue to produce more lectin damage. I think the instructions on the Deflect bottle apply to eating toxins and preventing them from doing damage...In that case, if you ate wheat for example and it was inflammatory to your gut, Deflect would block the toxins from getting into your blood stream...via your gut. So your question is: would you need even more Deflect if you ate avoids at a particular meal? If it were me, I'd take it again....to "Deflect" the improper lectins you've just eaten.. But honestly, if you're trying to heal something like arthritis, and relieve yourself of the aches, pains and damage to the joints, you'd probably be doing yourself a really big favor to avoid the toxins as much as possible in the first place.... not add more toxicity to your body. Based on what Larry said....6 Deflect per day got rid of his white lines..I'm making the assumption that Larry has healed his gut. Given that 60-70% of our immune system is located in our guts. Heal your gut...heal your body! I guess we all just have to keep our priorities straight. This diet only works if you follow it carefully...and Deflect isn't a magic bullet....It is designed to assist your body in healing. And it will "deflect" toxin lectins eaten at a meal...but consider that if you've got old damage and are adding new damage, you wouldn't be making a lot of progress. Whew... |

Well, thank you! That make alot of sense to me. I'll take Defelct between meals for healing of old lectins/arthritis and only if I'm eating out or am tempted, will I take with a meal. |
