Do you guys think krill oil would be okay for blood type O's? I ask because i remember reading that fish oil wasn't recommended, but flax oil was, even though (most) fish were good for O's.
I'd really like to start on the krill oil for the Astaxanthin content. What do you guys think? |

from the article posted, I think you are quite right. Krill are very cute li'l things, in a funny sort of way Also, from the info in the article, it looks that they are much more beneficial than fish oil. Well worth a 'look' for me. Thanks for posting!! and fish oil is not recommended for O's? really? If so, guess I'd forgotten about that and could explain why my ND told me to get off it. What is the reason it's bad for O's? I would love to see this oil tested for BTD.... ok Doc? |

Well for O's on the BTD, Cod liver oil was an avoid I think. So when I went to Hunter... I started taking it immediately as I think it's a diamond. I think it actually helped balance my brain chemistry immensely. That and the increased intake of Sardine patties! |

Fish oils are recommended for hunter's "inflammatory genes", as daily dose: 750-1000mg.

I get my supplements here : http://krilloil.mercola.com/krill-oil.html and it's quite expensive (much more expensive than fish oil) but it does have better benefits than fish oil. I'm still looking for other krill oil supplements that are just as effective, but a little cheaper. Any tips, guys? |
