Does anyone know of a good supplement for cleansing out uric acid from the body?
Hypothetically-speaking, let's just imagine that someone, say, was actually a type "A" but had been eating as an "O" for two years, because he, let's just say, had been told "for certain" that he was an "O".
And let's just say that this hypothetical person started experiencing body cramping after starting on the improper "O" diet, and was concerned about high uric acid levels he (or she) may had attained from eating all the red meat on that diet.
If such a hypothetical situation existed, what would a good uric acid cleanser be? |

the very opposite happened to my brother. He was supposedly eating healthy, an O, quit the meat and animal protein sources, loaded up on everything 'whole', like wheat and rice, etc, cereals, granola bars..... his uric acid went through the roof!
now he s perfectly happy, knowing his avoids and beneficials. hasn t had a problem since.

Fascinating... The trick, of course, is to get them off the avoids. |

Is there a non prescription/over the counter lithium. I think I'm in the same boat Ron A Don. I think chlorella might help. |

Quoted Text
Called Happy Water or Feel Good Water by well versed locals, it is known for its lithium content. Clocking in as a mere trace of lithium (I think 22 ppm), it is probably the rich calcium and potassium concentrations, as well as other minerals that are really responsible for that 'feel good' factor.
