C-sharp...sooooo sorry but stevia is just an avoid for A2B nonnies have an eye in lr4yt...it's written in minuscules letters there.
You are correct! It is right there on page 319. I only looked at Typebase4, which does not include the A2B variants. |

Okay, here's my results. 12-hour fasting insulin and glucose are NORMAL. Glucose test wasn't the one where you drink the orange sugary stuff.
My T3 is 75 and TSH is 19.91. I stopped taking the Armour because the minute amount of sugar in it started giving me dizzy spells. Here I am about a month later, and I still can't have any sugar. In fact, if I have something with hidden sugar in it, I can feel it within 20 minutes.
Doc prescribed cytomel: 1/2 tab for 6 mornings, then add another half to the next 6 mornings; then add another half to dinner the next six days and after those 6 days I'll be up to one full tab both a.m. and p.m. I took my first dose about an hour ago and feel absolutely FINE.
I feel GREAT if I just stay away from sugar. Pasta doesn't bother me and either does rice or carby stuff. I can have fruit and even wine and no dizziness. I've started using splenda out of desperation. Can't have my coffee unsweetened.
I found out a co-worker's teenaged daughter experiences THE SAME EXACT SYMPTOMS as me and is also hypothyroid. My pharmacist is a family friend and is checking into some references he has to see if he can come up with an explanation.
Doc did not say, yup, you're hypoglycemic after getting the results. So, I guess I am not.
I am not willing to re-start using stevia. The side effects I would care not to live with again (unbearable gas and body odor emitting from my right arm pit that would reappear shortly after taking a shower and was completely resistant to deodorants and anti-perspirants). |

get your secretor test done, and follow the guidelines in the diabetes book for starts. you can even get a whole serotyping panel done, to target those even further. |

I'm sorry, where do I find the info that tells me where to buy the secretor test? Also, do I get an option of the serotyping to add in or is that separate? Thank you. |

The secretor test (saliva) can be ordered here: http://www.4yourtype.com/prodinfo.asp?number=TE002Serotyping and Lewis typing require a blood test. Finding your A1/A2 and Rh should be pretty easy, MM and Lewis are more of a problem finding a lab. Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine has a lab that many here have used, the contact info is around somewhere. You would need someone locally to do the blood draw. |

Could it be, that you've developed an allergy to sugar cane? Do you have this reaction with honey or fructose? I don't remember reading it in your previous posts..sorry if I missed it.
I believe I have an allergy to sugar cane because I'm allergic to all tropical fruits with the exception of pineapple..I can barely tolerate grapefruit, but that's it. Sugar cane is a tropical plant. My non fasting glucose is normal. |

Gee, I'd expect that what she is experiencing is from using SUGAR after 4 years without, not because she stopped using stevia. And I cannot imagine using stevia by the dropper-ful! I use 5 drops in a 16 oz. cup of tea... |
