i was using the determinator to help figure out what supps to get and it is broken into level 1 2 and 3 supplements.  is this based on how important he thinks they are for me, as they get fewer stars the farther down you go.  in other words, should i buy from mainly level 1?  basically it is recommending tons of supps, which i obviously cant buy or take, so how do i decide and what is a reasonable amount to take.  do some of you guys take more than 10 a day?  i found atleast 6 that i really thought might help, but that is alot of pills to take.  can you get to many?

-The most important component is always listed
first, and then down from there. You can mix
and match, depending on your wallet, stomach,
need and curiosity.
-In general, the length of time specified is
usually the timeframe to results. After that
you can play with the frequency and dosage
depending on whether the result was curative,
managerial or ineffective.

if you want to know if the supps mentioned are providing the specific
ingredients you are interested in, in therapeutic amounts.
