Welcome to the forum, bo.

NAP's Probiotic for blood type A's might be a supplement that you be interested in the future; it's designed specifically for each specific ABO blood type:

On a daily basis, I use NAP's Harmonia, ARA6, and Deflect.

I'm currently taking a ton of supps (it seems), because I'm trying to get a handle on the pernio/chilblains on my toes, and to keep my asthma in remission...

Upon rising, I take 2 grams of Vit C, and 1-500 mg bromelain.
After yoga, I take 2 Polyflora A (NAP), 3 milk thistle, and 1-500 mg of L-glutamine.
With breakfast I take 2 fish oil caps, 2 Deflect A (NAP), 2 Insulex caps (propriatary blend from the ND), and 1 silica tablet.
Between lunch and dinner (away from food) I take 2 Polyflora A (NAP), 3 milk thistle.
With dinner I take 2 fish oil caps, 2 Deflect A (NAP), 2 Insulex caps.
Before bed: 500 mg of chelated magnesium (for my bowels) and 1 gram of Vit C.

Whew!

Let go of resistance; feel appreciation for what is, and eagerness for what is coming.

Hi Bo,
I am taking 250 mg Vit C morning and evening and an adaptogen alternating from Gingko Biloba to Whitania and Siberian ginseng, but mostly Gingko for energy, and cortisol control. Soy yoghurt, tamari and miso as probiotics.
In fall and winter I use also Echinacea for a strong immune system, and eventually Stoneroot for the nose sinuses when I feel my head clogged. However BTDhas made me free from antibiotics and Stoneroot since two years Hurrah for Dr D. and his research !  For hormonal, surgery, allergy, inflamation, stomac, gut, liver problems, see the online protocols in this syte.
