i am a little concerned about taking the supp. aromastat, although the benefits look great.  as a premenapausal woman taking hormones, i notice one of the functions of this supp. is to suppress the production of estrogen.  is this suppose to be ok for anyone to take? i am concerned that it might interfere with my hormones.

why don t you try the determinator, and see what Dr D suggests taking in your case
Supplement Determinator to find out the supplements that are specifically recommended for yourself based on several questionnaire answers about your health, exercise regime, lifestyle factors....

you can get an idea of what you need by looking at the ingredients of the products recommended.
Determinator can really help you prioritize supplements, ...

have you also checked the health series book on menopause?

btw....hi  fcbw...what a fab. name ....I am recommending the aromastat mostly to women with a breastcancer history and ....it works amazingly, even better than all other chemical bombes and neither sideefects, nor harm is to attend here
that the very best ....
in your case would merely vote for the femebalance .......

as a personal trainer I guess you are taking this  to maintain healthy lean muscle mass..it's very good for that

otherwise Aromastat is good for excess estrogen and deficient progesterone syndromes like

weight gain
Fibrocystic breasts
PMS
Migraines
irregular or haevy bleeding
endometriosis
fibroids
ovian cysts
