Isa colostrum and whey is not the same... check this out: C is first milk while Whey or milk plasma is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained; it is a by-product of the manufacture of cheese or casein and has several commercial uses. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colostrum

I was advised to take colostrum (bovine), but since I am blood type A this would not be beneficial. Being genotype Explorer, I supposedly can have low fat cheeses, like mozzarella. Any input on this from anyone?
